When I reached out for a quote on our wedding flowers, Karyssa was a great communicator and total joy to work with. She talked through options and wrote up estimates that fit with our budget (and a mood board!). We ended up going a different direction for our flowers, but I would totally recommend working with Karyssa!

Sassy Diva Designs & Events

5.0

Redwood City, CA
  • Starts at $3,500

Being based in Redwood City gives us close proximity to some of Northern California's finest areas for weddings and events. Our clientele is very diverse and so are their events. From lush wineries in Napa and Sonoma, to chic and historical properties in San Francisco, we use our experience and creativity to create events that tell the story our clients desire. Through flowers, rentals, and event coordination, we bring your event to life. Your story is unique and we're looking forward to getting to know you and learning how we can work together to make your event beautiful and stress free.

Sassy Diva Designs is absolutely the magic behind our wedding day. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we canceled our July destination wedding and a few other dates that we tried for soon after. When we finally thought we were going to move forward with an October wedding the venue recommended I connect with Sassy Diva. We had an initial conversation but naturally, things didn't seem ideal to wait for October so I reached out to Beth 2 more times to see if other plans might work better. With less than a few weeks I reached out to Beth and asked if it would be possible to pull off a small wedding in our home and with excitement she said YES! Beth is so creative, flexible, proactive, and just downright helpful. She made planning a small wedding in less than ideal time seem easy. Her team is attentive and friendly and I really couldn't recommend Sassy Diva Designs without the highest regard possible. Don't even think about it just reach out to them!

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. The Faux Bouquets

5.0

Redlands, CA
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Burlingame, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I sent my photo inspirations and they were quick to respond and quick to create my vision of what I wanted. The flowers, corsages, and boutonnières looked amazing and realistic.

Nine Swords Design

5.0

San Francisco, CA
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Burlingame, CA

I came to floral design through gardening, herbalism, and plant medicine, and my work is inspired by the healing power of wild nature and the seasonal beauty of the Bay Area. I love working with unexpected and under-appreciated materials, and use foraged, local, and sustainable ingredients whenever I can.

Awarded Best of Zola
William could not have made our wedding day more magical - from the ease of organization and idea creation to the execution of the project, Nine Swords is a 100/10. William is an extremely creative, warm, and generous person - we had several general concept conversations with him but immediately trusted him to provide us with the dreamiest floral design for our big day. From the centerpieces to the floral structures for the reception room to the floral crown and a bridal bouquet I could not have even dreamed of, everything was just perfect. I will be doing everything I can to preserve each piece for as long as possible. William also made the coordination of the rehearsal dinner flowers and the day of floral design a breeze- coordinated with our venue for load in and set up and was able to work around our chaotic wedding schedule to get everything set up! I cannot recommend Nine Swords enough - when we gave away some of our centerpieces at the end of the night, our guests - and the staff at our reception venue (!) all jumped at the opportunity to have some of the work in their homes. They are still contacting us about it almost a week later!!

Turlock, CA
  • Starts at $1,000
  • Serves Burlingame, CA

Florals For You was created by a husband and wife duo who are wedding and event floral designers based in the central valley of California. We love telling modern-romantic love stories through florals and believe that planning your wedding florals should be lighthearted and fun!

Awarded Best of Zola
Sarah went above and beyond with the flowers for my wedding! I had a color theme in mind that wasn’t the easiest to work with-black and baby blue… she far exceeded my expectations and showed up with the most amazing beautiful arrangements I had ever seen! There was so much communication throughout the whole process- which made the stress around the flowers non existent. I had no idea what I wanted everything to look like- just what colors I wanted. She took that and ran with it. She also helped me plan my centerpieces and helped me find the lanterns I wanted. Not to mention she was the sweetest person. I do not have enough good things to say about florals for you. I highly recommend booking Sarah for your flowers. If you want the most beautiful flowers you have ever seen for a good price- florals for you is the place to go. Thank you so much Sarah!

As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!
