Smolak Farms is steeped in history. At the age of two, owner Michael Smolak bore witness to his Aunt Willie’s wedding on the farm. Little did he know then, back in 1954, that that wedding would be the start of a long and beautiful tradition of using Smolak Farms as a cherished wedding venue. The beautiful rolling hills of orchards and farmland span 125 acres, and provide the perfect backdrop for this very special bonding of two people. Being connected to nature and all the beauty it holds is an incredible way to start a union not just of two people, but of two families, and two lives.

Welcome to The Preserve at Chocorua; a picturesque White Mountain estate tucked away in the historic town of Tamworth, New Hampshire. The Preserve is a unique property that lends itself to taking it easy, letting time slowly drift by as you reflect on the nostalgia of days gone by. The Preserve was among the earliest farms to open its doors and was known as "Hayford's in the Fields" in the 1890's. Apple Acres Farm is a certified organic fruit farm located just 45 minutes west of Portland, Maine, in the western Lakes & Mountains region. Your ceremony and reception will be nestled in the trees, overlooking the Saco River Valley. Our venue offers a wide variety of packages with a starting cost of $5,000 + rentals (tent, chairs, tables etc). We can offer wedding coordination, custom lighting installs, cider cocktails, a rehearsal dinner space in our Treehouse Room, and more! Chicago industrialist Richard T. Crane, Jr. first purchased the land that would become The Crane Estate in 1910. Crane was captivated by the beautiful landscape, and over the next two decades worked with some of America's leading architects and landscape architects to shape his summer retreat, sited with hilltop vistas of the Atlantic in an area of the property known as Castle Hill. In 1928, Castle Hill was crowned with a 59-room Stuart-style mansion designed by world-renowned architect David Adler. Today, the Crane family mansion is known as The Great House on The Crane Estate and is protected, along with the rest of Castle Hill, as a 165-acre National Historic Landmark.
