Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

5.0

Oklahoma City, OK
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.8

Lafayette, LA
  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

My new last name is Flowers, so naturally, I HAD to ensure the flowers were stunning. SBB has great communication and is very professional. My flowers were handled with care and saved a great deal on wedding flowers. I was able to rent flowers for the tables, bouts/bridal bouquets, wedding signage, and corsages for around 900. SBB has exceeded my expectations for silk flowers and enjoyed not having to tend to wilted flowers on my special day.

I'm a wedding cake designer who just did a wedding with Fauna & Fig and ABSOLUTELY give rave reviews. Tab and Kate were SO incredible to work with! We coordinated before the date on cake florals and I can't tell you how much I appreciated the incredible communication. Upon my arrival to the venue, I was blown away by how gorgeous the florals were and how sweet and wonderful Kate was! They both have such lovely taste and some of the most beautiful flowers I've seen from a floral vendor! (The dusty purple roses! Omg!) I really hope I have an opportunity to work with them both again soon! One of my new faves!

Alison with Bloom Culture really puts SO much work into making the DIY process as easy as possible! Her YouTube videos and DIY proposal guides are extremely detailed, and it was honestly a blast to put together my own florals for my wedding. I got a group of friends together and we all built the bouquets/boutonnieres/etc two days before the wedding, and it was so much fun! I got to make everything exactly the way I envisioned, and the flowers turned out sooooo beautiful! Such a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience working with Ina from Silk Vine as our florist for our wedding this fall. Ina was a delight to work with, demonstrating great attention to detail, professionalism, creativity and care. She kept me informed every step of the way, and promptly responded to emails, welcomed my feedback, and was always open to suggestions. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements she created based on my somewhat unusual design requests and color palette were absolutely spectacular--I was blown away! She created beautiful, romantic, and highly original arrangements that incorporated seasonal branches, greenery, and even fruit to create a truly one-of-a-kind look. Ina's creativity, professionalism, and passion for her craft make her an exceptional choice for your wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough!

I contacted Katie 5 years ago to order a custom bouquet and boutonniere for my literary themed wedding that took place in the KC Public Library. From the first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. Katie was communicative, enthusiastic, and lovely during the entire exchange. I still have my flowers displayed in my home and they’re a beautiful memento of such a special day!

The Flower Garden Shop

5.0

McDonough, GA
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

Weddings are a celebration of love. As humans, we have a deep, primal need for a “village,” a group of people whom we trust to support us. And where would we be without the love of our family and chosen family? It heals us, brings us together, celebrates our differences, and it allows us to keep going when this big adventure gets scary. So when we get together for a wedding, we get to share that love with those we care about. Just like a painter or a poet, those involved in the planning of a wedding are artists hired to create a scene that reflects the love in the space. We would love to be a part of your team!

Madison went to great lengths to make sure we were happy. She communicated every step of the way, and the flowers were gorgeous. I will use for her for all my events from now on. Def. would recommend

Araiza Florals

4.0

Newnan, GA
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

Araiza Florals specializes in modern + romantic floral designs for weddings and events. We are based near Atlanta, Georgia but love to travel, so don't hesitate to reach out! We love designing custom creations for our clients.

Darian was one of our BEST vendors/investments for our wedding! Her vision and creativity, along with her innate customer service skills, make her so good at her craft. Darian truly listened to all the half-baked ideas I threw at her and was able to transform them into beautiful floral creations. The final designs were exactly what I had hoped for - I literally screamed when I saw our ceremony space! Darian also worked with us to seamlessly and intentionally repurpose our florals from ceremony to reception to help us stick to our budget. It was such a joy to work with and alongside Darian and the team at Araiza Florals and I would HIGHLY recommend her services for other events/weddings!

Honeycomb Florals

5.0

Evans, GA
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

I’ll be the first to say it, I probably care more about your flowers than you do! I love bringing my clients’ vision to life with fresh florals, and doing so in a low-pressure but professional way. My background is in a traditional brick-and-mortar florist’s shop, but I love expanding on the traditional designs I learned there to bring you a little something different.

Mallory is seriously SO talented! On top of that, she’s the kindest and easiest person to work with! She’s so knowledgeable and creative and had the best ideas for my wedding day florals. She really thinks about all the little details and how to maximize your space with florals. When I tell you I literally CRIED when I saw it all come together. I’ve also been lucky enough to have Mallory make my bridal bouquet and engagement session bouquet, and she knocks it out every time!! I highly recommend her for everything and everyone!

Aurora Flowers + Design Co

5.0

McDonough, GA
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Calhoun, GA

Aurora Flowers specializes in creativity + fabulous color palettes. We travel all over the US to bring your vision to life and ensure your special day is incredible. We love organic styles and fun installations, but also die over clean and classic wedding florals.

I had the privilege of working with Aurora at a recent wedding at the Montaluce Winery and had hte best experience. Their work is stunning on it's own, but it complimented the space in a way that brought the rest of the details to life. As a photographer, I love working with a florist that knows what they're doing and that's exactly what you get with this team. (:
