So here's the tea... I'm a wise-cracking, extroverted Capricorn who excels at corralling your rowdy family for photos and charming Aunt Carol, the self-deemed professional iPad photographer. Ever since I was little, huddled on the couch with my five siblings rewatching The Lion King, I knew that I wanted to be a storyteller. Growing up in a creative household, I studied a wide range of arts before settling on filmmaking. I envisioned in my head that I would be the next Spielberg, but after shooting my first wedding in 2013 all my plans changed.

I love capturing authentic moments. Some people may not be there years after your wedding and remembering them sharing the love that day is an important aspect of why I got into filming weddings. You can remember it through a photo but you get to re-live it through your video.

I’m married to my life-long adventure partner, Josue (Sway for short), and we have a 2-year-old golden doodle, Murphy, who is our whole world. When I’m not creating art, I can be found tending to my enormous plant collection, catching up on the latest episode of This is Us, serving on my church worship team, or hanging at the dog park. I’m passionate about documenting the ‘in-between’ moments of life. I thrive on intimate, emotional moments and I feel it’s my purpose in life to preserve people’s stories through my art.

I'm a native Oregonian and love everything about living and working in this beautiful state! When I'm not filming a wedding you'll find me backpacking, paddle boarding, trail running, mountain biking or hiking with my wife and three boys.
