Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.

Butler's Grand Ballroom at Cornerstone Commons is located in downtown Butler, PA. It resides in a century old building that was originally designed by Thayer Architects of New Castle. Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding. Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.
