Victoria is honestly a miracle worker. We got married in July 2023 and I started planning the wedding only 4 months prior (while in a very demanding graduate school program), so to say I needed some help is an understatement. I hired Everlasting Affairs in April 2023 as a day-of/month-of wedding coordinator and she was incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond and honestly did way more than what was required of her job description. She acted as an advisor; she is a straight shooter and I knew I could always trust her advice and opinion. I hired several vendors literally 1-2 weeks before my wedding and did tons of stuff last minute due to my school constraints, and she was never phased by my disorganization in the slightest. She helped guide me through the process with both big and little details and I really don’t think I could’ve pulled it off without her (and the wedding was a huge success, tons of my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I owe a lot of that to Victoria). I also had a minor issue with the florist about a month before the wedding - when I told her about it she immediately got involved and resolved the issue. The day of the wedding, the 3 year old ring bearer had a full on meltdown for over an hour right before the ceremony with loud screaming and hysterical crying. It was very upsetting, and we almost lost both the ring bearer, and his dad, who was my husband’s best man, minutes before the ceremony bc the dad had to take care of his son. It was a mess and I was so stressed out. Not only did Victoria calm me down, she also somehow waved her magic wand and helped calmed down the little ring bearer. So both him and the best man were still able to walk down the aisle and be in the ceremony, no screaming and crying involved. I honestly feel like she saved the entire wedding by helping resolve that situation. For the rest of the wedding, she did an amazing job of organizing my very disorganized family, keeping the timeline on track, and coordinating with all the vendors - all while doing it with kindness. I seriously felt like I had no stress at all leading up to my wedding because I knew Victoria could handle anything that you could throw at her with ease. Her and her team were incredible.

We came to Grace right after we decided to go with a venue that nothing more than tables and chairs. Our heads were spinning with all the decisions we had to make, and Grace made sure to organize our ideas, as well as have a running list of things we needed to decide on and execute. She also was certain to make sure that we were focusing on what would make the day best for us, and not to please other people. That honesty and extra care went a long way. On top of saving our heads from falling off in the planning process, on the day of the wedding, we decided to switch the ceremony from outside to inside due to the wind. Grace made this happen swiftly, and even though things didn't go perfectly, Grace made sure that all the vendors were doing their job and truly I didn't find out about any mishaps until the next day. We had the best day thanks to Grace's attention, care, and diligence. Above all, Grace is just a good, caring person that truly wants you to have a seamless event. Her personal attention, honesty, and organization makes for a pretty exceptional planner- you would be lucky to have her help organize your event!

TLDR: HIRE THEM NOW – if you are reading this review, it means you are considering Nightingale. Book them immediately- you will not regret it. We hired Nightingale for Wedding Coordination as they came recommended by our venue and I just have to say: WOW. I had the HONOR of working with Rachel. I am a pretty organized person, so I was able to book vendors and get all the initial portion set up. The amount of work Rachel put in those last moments before the wedding is almost indescribable. Let me just tell you that I felt that Rachel had my back the entire time when did have some hiccups with a different vendor. Rachel took care of it and handled it so well. Leading up to the day, she had us thinking about things we would never consider thinking about. Since I have never planned a wedding before, Rachel was the expert and mastermind to pull everything together. When I was booking vendors, it was once one was done, I booked the next, but the last 1-2 months, you are talking to ALL of them it is a very daunting task. If I were to do it all over it again, I would rebook Nightingale in a heartbeat. The day-of was magical. Rachel was my bridesmaid, friend, and me all in one. She anticipated ALL my needs and was the voice of reason the whole day and night. Our groom gal, Amy, was there for us too and I swear, they all were so so helpful so that Mark and I could enjoy our day. We felt like guests at our own wedding. Our job was to enjoy the day and they made it happen beyond our expectations. We didn't interact too much with the third gal but thank you so much for setting up the details of the room so nicely! Thank you Rachel and the Nightingale team for making everything come together so beautifully. Rachel, as I have said in our texts over and over, you really are the best. Thank you. Truly.

Deliece and Melissa absolutely killed it for our wedding day and we could not be more thankful!!! We booked them for their day of coordination services and they were able to alleviate a lot of stress leading up to the big day for me, which was key in keeping my sanity for the entire weekend. I am someone who is beyond type A and have a working background in event planning/management and they were such a great crew to work with and thought of details that never even crossed my mind! Having my event planning background, I really questioned if I would need planners because I felt like I had everything under control, but having Deliece and Melissa as part of our special day was a no-brainer! Looking back, I wish I would have found them sooner, honestly! 
We had many detailed pieces and small items to set out on the day of the wedding plus an end-of-night exit that took some coordination, and everything went off without a hitch. It was important to my now husband and me that during the time leading up to the day of the event, Deliece and Melissa were very professional and always responsive - even when Deliece had just welcomed her son to their family. They are great to bounce ideas off of as well and lean on for advice and support when the dreaded but inevitable hiccups happen prior to your big day (like me getting the stomach flu 2 days before the wedding and not being able to get into town on time). During the wedding, when anything was adjusted or if an issue came up, they presented everything to me very calmly and with a solution which I really appreciated because it kept me from getting upset or worried knowing that they had it completely handled and had my back! My dress bustle was destroyed early on after it was accidentally stepped on multiple times while dancing and the ladies were able to save the day and make sure that train wasn’t moving anymore and was secure and I would be able to party the night away. The best part of all (aside from them being amazing people to work with) was that they knew my schedule inside and out and did not let anything slip through the cracks, which was always something I was worried about before I had planners. All of their materials and plans they create are clear and straightforward and if you choose month of coordination, there are many follow up calls and these ladies work super hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect. At the end of the night, everything was carefully put away and handled which allowed my new husband and I to be able to go off with our friends and family and continue the celebration at the after party, which were are BEYOND grateful for since there was so much partying happening during the actual wedding. Overall, our wedding was amazing and Deliece and Melissa deserve so much credit for that! My husband and I are beyond grateful for the whole team and for helping to make our day a legit fairytale!
