Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Delish Cakes creates custom cakes and sweets for any occasion, and we love to make each order just as special as the clients who order them! Everything is created in small batches and made just for you. We do Cakes, cake pops, custom sugar cookies, sweet tables, cupcakes and more.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Our design process begins with a face-to-face consultation with our chef and creative director, an in-depth cost proposal, and detailed concept sketches. I was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a recent grad of the University of Iowa. My love for all things food doesn’t have a starting point, it has always been part of my life.
