Hi. Meet Natalie and Susan, if you are looking for a fun, creative team to help make your wedding plans come together perfectly, then you have found the right chicks! We just love love! Events are our specialty, and weddings are our favorite! Who doesn’t love a wedding right? We absolutely want our clients to have fun while getting ready for their big day, so we take the work away from you and do it ourselves. From planning to event rentals, we have you covered. We are all about details and all about you saying I Do. We have dubbed it Affordable Luxury!

Mrs. Natalie and Susan were AMAZING! I met with them a couple of times to go over my vision, plans, timelines etc. They made my vision come to life!!! The decor they had available made our venue look exactly how I had pictured. It was a wedding so of course there were some little hiccups, but Mrs. Natalie made sure that I was the last to know to help keep my stress level down (which was a huge blessing). She worked with all vendors to ensure everything went as smooth as possible! There is no way I could’ve pulled off our day without the help of these two amazing ladies! They are professional, kind, detail oriented, organized, helpful and overall amazing event planners! I would recommend them to anyone!! Our day was PERFECT thanks to The Event Palette

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

5.0

Oklahoma City, OK
  • Serves Dahlonega, GA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I used Flower Moxie for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding florals. I cannot say enough good things about the flowers, supplies and support received. I primarily worked with Maria and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I recommend watching the video tutorials that FM provides as they are super fun and informative. Kudos to Amy and team for this great approach! The flowers arrived 3 days prior to the wedding...follow the recommended flower prep which maximizes the blooms and makes the arranging way easier. The flowers achieved maximum bloom by the wedding day and were gorgeous...received tons of complements on our organic/rustic designs. For approximately 700, I designed my own combo and we made a huge bridal bouquet, 4 large bridesmaid bouquets, 1 med throwing bouquet, 2 med arrangements for head table, 10 boutonnieres, 4 wrist corsages and 5 hair combs...with backup flowers to spare. What a savings from using a florist! I would definitely use Flower Moxie again and highly recommend them!

We had the pleasure of working with Fauna & Fig for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. From the first consultation, they were incredibly communicative and truly listened to our vision for the big day. They were able to take our ideas and bring them to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. One of the things we loved most about Fauna & Fig is their specialty in unique, homegrown wildflower arrangements. Throughout the planning process, Fauna & Fig was extremely willing to make changes and adjustments as needed to fit what we were looking for. Jen Angle of Wood & Word Blooms is truly a gem. These flowers are made of WOOD, yes wood flowers. She offers the ability to do a DIY bouquet party which is so unique to be able to say you made your bouquet! Unfortunately due to COVID my DIY party had to get cancelled but Jen was incredibly understanding and fit my order in to make it all herself; a bride bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutonnières, 2 corsages, and a hair piece!! Working with her was so simple; I had a vision and she totally exceeded my expectations. She asks questions to truly grasp what you’re looking for and she provided a picture pdf list of flowers to choose from. She was so patient with me as I asked for help from her to pick flowers that would look good together. Jen made me feel confident in my choices and made sure that my bouquets were special; she even took the time to insert charms I provided her! I realized towards the end of wedding planning that because I was working with Jen, the flowers were one area I did not need to remotely stress about. I saw Jen’s work on her Instagram and knew she would create something extraordinary. Now my bridal party and I all have forever flowers! Finally, if you have any hesitation I highly suggest going to one of her classes! Before I booked Jen, I wanted to see what it would be like to work with her and knew immediately I could trust her through her professionalism, kindness, and humor! She holds awesome classes such as wreath making! Contact her sooner than later because she books up quick for a reason!

I did a lot of searching and looking into different diy flower companies. As soon as I came across bloom culture and read some of the reviews I knew I wanted to go with them! Alison was so friendly and personable and so easy to work with. She helped put me at ease by answering all of my questions and even helped me to swap out a couple of the flowers in one of the packages to better match my vision for my wedding. I was a little nervous about the flowers lasting all the way until the wedding day (my wedding was on a Sunday and they arrived Wednesday) but by the day of they had opened up beautifully and looked amazing. There were also hardly any flowers damaged or broken when they arrived. With all of the detailed instructions and recipes they provided, putting together the flowers was honestly a breeze once we got started. We didn’t follow the instructions specifically because I had a different number of bouquets, center pieces, etc. that I need to make, but the recipes and instructions were still super helpful. I also watched Alison’s YouTube videos beforehand which helped a ton! Overall very happy with the quality of the flowers, the price, and the excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

The Flower Garden Shop

5.0

McDonough, GA
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Dahlonega, GA

Weddings are a celebration of love. As humans, we have a deep, primal need for a “village,” a group of people whom we trust to support us. And where would we be without the love of our family and chosen family? It heals us, brings us together, celebrates our differences, and it allows us to keep going when this big adventure gets scary. So when we get together for a wedding, we get to share that love with those we care about. Just like a painter or a poet, those involved in the planning of a wedding are artists hired to create a scene that reflects the love in the space. We would love to be a part of your team!
