The Brookside is a modern and elegant banquet hall wedding venue located in Knoxville, Tennessee. For your big day we have 15,000 square feet with bridal and groom suites and two floors: main ballroom and lower lounge. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
