A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Nikisha Williams found her calling to cuisine at a very young age. In the Caribbean, it was commonplace to share large meals with family and friends made from ingredients picked outside your door and seasonal harvest feasts were shared with the entire community. Nikisha learned quickly that good, nourishing food was a blessing meant to be celebrated and she developed a passion for celebrating it.

Creations by Sabrina was a dream, turned into a reality. The owner/head baker, Sabrina Venturini, has always had a love for creating smiles by sharing her yummy creations. She attended Johnson and Wales University and graduated in May of 2019 with an associates in baking and pastry and a bachelors in food service management. She decided to take her career to the next level by opening her own bakery in Boonton, New Jersey.

I’m Tara Barbera-Brown, owner of the Sugar Stylist! I have been working in the hospitality business since I was 18 years old and have always loved sweets, whether it be baking for my family and friends, creating a candy bar for a special event or just sharing my secret stash of fun dip with my nieces and nephews at various family events. I recently turned my love for all things sugar into a business of my own and I am so grateful for all of the support we have received so far. Pulling from her background in fine art, Sarah approaches cake design from the standpoint of an artist to inform the way she composes and creates edible work. Here is the corner stone of our house, Mr. Armando Leyva. At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.
