The 2nd floor of this building, built in 1907, has been reborn into a state-of-the-art venue while keeping the original architecture intact. The Peanut Butter Warehouse Event Center is a space like none other on the island. We have created a beautifully appointed historic venue that can be transformed into any event that one’s imagination can conjure. The natural light from the 20+ windows on three sides of the building combined with exposed brick and columns makes this space uniquely classic yet contemporary. Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.

Dry Creek Gatherings is a beautiful, timeless new venue nestled in the woods beside a small creek in Magnolia, Texas. Step away from the world to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The main hall features soaring, arched timber frames surrounded by arched windows and doors that allows the natural sunlight to flow into the room. If an outdoor wedding is your dream, our large arched timber framed gazebo complete with crystal chandelier and up-lighting will be perfect for your ceremony. The bridal suite, complete with hair & makeup room features European decor and stained glass windows. The groom's room has masculine decor, also with a stained glass window, and a large screen television complete with a gaming system to play while waiting for your beautiful bride.

“Oak Tree Manor,” as it was originally called, sits on its historic site on Spring Stuebner Road and is surrounded by century-old oak trees, some more than two hundred years old. Each location has several private room options to choose from! We're a Brazilian Churrascaria Steakhouse that serves traditional rodizio style - we bring the meats to you on rotation after you visit the salad bar, sides are served tableside, and we have a great dessert menu or can bring in a custom cake! We also cater, if that works instead.
