Our venue is located in the heart of Viettown in SW Houston. We are here to serve as an all inclusive event space. With a 2,000 sq ft open square room the possibilites are endless to decorate the space as you need for your next event.

Located in the historic Rice Hotel, Lawless is Houston's newest en vogue establishment. The interior exudes glamour in every detail. Upon entry, guests will proceed up a grand staircase that sits beneath a glorious chandelier. The outside terrace is a beautiful backdrop as it overlooks downtown.

The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs and black linens for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

This Fall the Astorian proudly debuts Le Tesserae, a 20,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor private event space and rooftop bar overlooking Buffalo Bayou. Guests will be greeted by a stunning reception lobby, extensively detailed with a hand-laid mosaic floor and crown-molded ceiling, before entering the spacious ballroom, enveloped by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing patrons to seamlessly flow between inside and outside settings. The venue design blends old-world artistry with modern architecture and incorporates natural and urban elements, from its wraparound balcony and covered patio to its unobstructed views of downtown Houston. Le Tesserae can comfortably accommodate a variety of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, social gatherings and proprietary programming. Adjacent is a 5,000 square foot rooftop bar perfect for small group gatherings, happy hours, after-parties and outdoor private events.

This 155-acre non-profit urban nature sanctuary provides education about the natural environment to people of all ages. The Sunset Coffee Building is located at 1019 Commerce Street, Houston, TX at the intersection of Main Street and Buffalo Bayou next to Allen’s Landing, the “Plymouth Rock” of the City of Houston. Built in 1910, the Sunset Coffee Building was originally a coffee roasting company. In the late 60’s it was home to the Love Street Light Circus, a psychedelic music club featuring many local bands. In 2003, the building was purchased by Buffalo Bayou Partnership (BBP) as part of the organization’s master plan to revitalize Buffalo Bayou. The Sunset Coffee Building offers three rentable spaces for special events. The Rooftop Terrace looks out over the intersection of Buffalo and White Oak Bayous, the original site of the Port of Houston. The Café 1st floor level is an enclosed industrial style space with a balcony overlooking the bayous. The Plaza, located between the building and Commerce Street, is a perfect space for small concerts, festivals and receptions.

Conceived by Andria design to replicate New York City’s revered Grand Central Station, The Astorian is a throwback to 1920’s glamour and Art Deco design. The venue offers a contemporary, multi-level facility equipped with 14-foot ceilings, a fully functional gourmet kitchen and bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of downtown Houston.

Located in Houston’s Bayou Place Entertainment Complex, this incredible space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, wedding, reception or business meeting. Less than a mile from the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Bayou Music Center accommodates from 200 to 2,350 guests. Our talented staff handles every detail, so you don’t have to! For our full venue rental the following will be included in the rental cost. 2 hour load in, 3 hour event and 1 hour load out, In-house inventory of tables and chairs, all front of house staffing and production, in-house lighting and sound, and housekeeping.
