The Land offers unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 8 acre estate. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For large outdoor weddings we also offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

Mulberry Chapel was built with love by the Coker family. Every beam, post, and detail was carefully cut, crafted, hand sanded, stained and assembled to match George Coker's vision. The surrounding 450 acre farm has been in the family for 50 years. The setting at Hemlock Ridge offers natural serenity that makes it perfect for a variety of occasions. Bridal luncheons, reaffirmation of vows, elopements, second weddings and commitment ceremonies. We can even assist with a solemn occasion such as a memorial service in a natural environment. Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Built in 2007 and remodeled in 2022, The Barn at Sunrise Farms sits atop Sand Mountain overlooking the hills and valley of North Georgia. The Barn features a Gazebo out back which is perfect for the fairytale wedding you’ve dreamed of and across the road is a bluff view allowing for beautiful photos!

Artfully Crafted Fairy-Tale Charm! Whitestone Reserve, located in Austell, Georgia, is a captivating wedding venue with a touch of fairy-tale charm. This contemporary symbol of luxury is nestled amidst serene gardens and vineyards, spanning ten acres. The grand gated entrance adds an element of exclusivity and intimacy to your special day. The expansive sunset ceremony lawn is adorned with enchanting romantic lighting, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Whitestone Reserve's custom-designed white craftsman style venue seats up to 160 guests. In this space, you will find a generously sized ballroom with opulent chandeliers and an abundance of natural lighting. The large fairy tale bridal cottage is beautifully decorated in neutral tufted linens. Our cozy lanai offers a casual space for a cocktail reception, overlooking the ceremony lawn. Whitestone Reserve offers inclusive packages customized to fit your needs and budget, as well as venue rental options!

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.
