Set on 55 acres of rolling green hills in Carroll County MD, Cold Saturday Farm is a gorgeous venue if you desire true history, natural beauty, and rustic charm. The Manor Houses date back to 1776 when the original farm was a land grant from the King of England. The farm boast many options for wedding flow and design of your event. We book one wedding a weekend so there is no stressful time window for your wedding day. All spaces and buildings are yours too utilize for one flat, transparent cost based on time of year. Choose from the Orchard Barn, Carriage House, Tented Overlook, The Green and the School House to orchestrate your perfect day. We are a romantic and affordable wedding venue with a historic manor house, charming honeymoon cabin, luxury reception tent, covered pavilion, and beautiful manicured grounds in Westminster, MD. Our manor house hosts separate dedicated get-ready spaces for Bride and Fiancé. Wedding night accommodations in our honeymoon cabin is INCLUDED. We have multiple ceremony sites, both outside and covered, as well as a large luxury reception tent. Many beautiful photo sites include our pond with fountain, our long tree lined drive, our beautiful historic buildings, and surrounding fields. You'll have exclusive use of our property for a full 12 hours, and you can choose your own caterers and other vendors. We also include a choice of wedding arches, and many pieces of décor to help make your wedding beautiful and affordable.

Rockfield Manor is a Non- Profit Venue all proceeds go back into maintaining the estate gardens, grounds and 104 year old manor. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. The Oak Barn at Loyalty is an active farm venue located in Leesburg, Virginia. The Oak Barn at Loyalty sits on 21 acres of lush farmland and has stunning views of the nearby Shenandoah Mountains.
