Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

With a large indoor ballroom and an outdoor plaza, 440 Elm offers the rare outdoor ceremony/ indoor reception combination with plenty of room for cocktail hour and lots of spots for photos. In-house catering by Bite Catering Couture offers personalized options with menus tailored just for you! The downtown Long Beach location provides access to lots of hotels, restaurants, Catalina, the Queen Mary, for a great weekend for your guests. Imagine exchanging your vows on the bluffs overlooking Los Angeles bay with a backdrop of swaying palms, lapping waves and lush gardens. *Bel-Air Bay Club is exclusively reserved for one event at a time, with a food and beverage minimum guarantee and site fee required. We do not work with any outside catering, nor do we offer site rental-only/ceremony-only events. Rates do vary by year, day of the week and time of year. We offer prime and off-season rates. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.

We can accommodate parties as small as 30 people or up to big bashes with 300 people. Our friendly staff is always ready to help with what you need. Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions. Welcome. The Portofino Inn, as it was originally named, was opened in 1962 by racecar enthusiast Mary Davis. The inn drew thousands of visitors for a three-day welcome celebration for the King Harbor opening and soon became a hangout for racers including Peter Revson, an F1 Grand Prix Winner. The Cannonball Run, a car race from New York to Los Angeles turned feature film, was first run in 1971 with The Portofino Inn as the final destination.

For any event, there is truly no better combination of view, privacy, flat space, accessibility, parking, and natural beauty for events anywhere in Malibu! This private venue is not available for use by the general public, and is only available by qualified referrals, and only limited dates are available. This is not a commercial wedding factory, and we just do a few events a year by referral, so it is really special and fun and intimate.

Tucked into the heart of Topanga Canyon, The 1909 offers couples the perfect blend of rustic and intimate. Featuring an amphitheater, meadow, and two story building (bridal suite included), we provide a variety of space to suit the need of every couple. Hold your ceremony beneath the protected California Oak trees just before enjoying dinner alongside our babbling brook. We provide in-house catering that can be adjusted to suit your taste, which features organic and local fare freshly prepared at our restaurant next door. Tours are conducted on an appointment basis.
