Big City Vibes

5.0

Grand Rapids, MI
  • Starts at $4,000

With a background in installation art our event floral offering is a little different. Our designs are architectural and modern, playful designs creating a custom look for each event. Dreaming big with a new installation idea? Lets make it happen. xx

Big City Vibes made all of my wedding dreams into reality. During my first consult with Big City Vibes, I didn't quite have a full vision of what I was looking for. I gave them bits and pieces of things that stood out to me stylistically and they turned those small visions into an unbelievable day of florals. Big City Vibes (aka owner Brennan) is patient, a great listener, a creative genius, and such a hard worker. Once you work with Big City Vibes once.... you'll want them in charge of every future party, wedding, and gathering you throw.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

        5.0

        Oklahoma City, OK
        • Serves Holland, MI

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Doing our own wedding flowers was the best choice my daughter made for her wedding, other than choosing the groom of course. You do have to commit some time in the days before the wedding but it is so worth it. There are so many video tutorials to watch that you feel like an expert. They don't leave you high and dry after you purchase either. They are in contact with you to make sure everything is going good. That was very helpful. The memories we made together by making our own flower arrangements and bouquets using Flower Moxie was priceless. It also looked like we spent a fortune on flowers because we had so many extra (they give you more than you need to account for some loss) that we had flowers everywhere as extra decoration.

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

You can not go wrong with the variety SBB gives you. Whether you want subtle, pops of color, or full color, there is a collection for you. My order arrived early and was stupidly simple to return. The scented packing paper made the realism of these faux florals even more perfect. 10/10

Wood and Word Blooms is an amazing florist! The flowers are made of sola wood, and will last forever, as vibrant as they were on the wedding day! The owner herself is so kind and caring, and wonderfully communicative. She was the one vendor that I didn't have to worry about while planning a wedding during COVID-19. She made everything so smooth and easy! Highly Recommended!

        • Starts at $175

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

        Awarded Best of Zola
Everyone on the team cares so deeply for every order. They worked with me and took their time to understand exactly what I envisioned for our wedding. I can’t thank them enough for their communication and commitment to me and the rest of their clients!!
