You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!

My name is Abby, a Midwest based wedding + boudoir photographer who's really obsessed with her job. I've gotten to see how directly photos can impact people. As we grow up, we realize how priceless photos are and how quality pictures become prized possessions. It's a moment in time you can forever look back on. It's easy to take pictures, but it's hard to capture moments. I'll love making magic with you, because everyone has some magic in them that deserves to be celebrated.

As a wedding photographer, I don’t just show up on your wedding day. I come alongside you so that your wedding photography journey is easy as possible. Putting people at ease and using locations wisely (aka: creating beautiful photos from not-so-beautiful places) is my jam!

My ultimate goal is to preserve your most cherished memories for years to come through photos that you feel natural and beautiful in. After capturing 100+ love stories, my passion for storytelling has allowed me to meet so many amazing people, and I couldn't be more thankful this is my job. Having a military soon-to-be-husband, my joy and love for capturing precious memories has only grown stronger. Including a complimentary engagement session in each of my packages ensures that you get comfortable in front of my camera before your big day and you get some pretty photos during this special season in your lives.

To sum myself up in this “about you” section is nearly impossible so here are a few things you must know. I like to have a good time with fun, real people, who love to laugh. You can expect to see me always smiling and have no shame in dancing with you on the dance floor to get some of the best photos. I just celebrated my one year anniversary with my husband, Nick and I am obsessed with my pup, Rylee. We love to travel, try new things, and are almost always outside, but I'll always come in for my fave snack of a charcuterie board and glass of wine.

I'm Autumn, and I'm so glad you are here! I live with my husband Ryan in Marion, IN, and I travel to capture couples' love stories. I've always loved photography, but when I recognized how much joy I had when telling a couple's story in images, I knew it had to become more of my story. I'm a photographer for couples who are romantic and joyful, who are in love with their best friend, and can't wait to get married so they can build their life together. When I'm not photographing awesome couples, I love coffee dates with friends, diving into a good book, and going on adventures with my husband.
