An Award Winning Chef, Marlene Souza, is the creative and dynamic influence behind Molly B’s Cakes of Distinction and Design. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she received her Associates in Baking Science and Pastry Arts in 2007. A self-taught business woman, Marlene has been successfully designing and creating cakes for over forty years. Specializing in custom made artisan cakes; she will be delighted to design the cake of your dreams.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. I’m Schantel, owner of Maxine Baked. I’m a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and baking enthusiast. My love for cake is homegrown through countless hours spent working side by side, in the kitchen, with my grandmother. Grammie Maxine, keeper of my family, was and remains my biggest influence. She was a woman who took absolute pleasure in preparing homemade meals and desserts for her family. Her baking in particular, was always from scratch and made with the utmost love and care. Over the past few years, baking has worked its way through my heart.
