We host small events any time of day; including birthdays, showers, private events, receptions, etc. We have a luxurious long wood bar, and custom booth seating inside with two bathrooms. Color theme is maroun and wooden. The outdoors offers a patio to watch the sunset, and planes. The patio can be used for a variety of things, including a ceremony or a place for people to mingle with small games to play. Your choice. For events we create a custom food and drink menu to your liking, and can make suggestions depending on your style of event. We look forward to hearing from you!

Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!

Our twenty-five (25) room inn is exclusive to your guests for the weekend – no other weddings, events or random people – so that your friends and family can celebrate your wedding all weekend long! We offer the whole package, with beautiful ceremony locations, a tented reception venue on a brick courtyard nestled between a historic red barn and a picturesque meadow, and fresh, local cuisine made in-house. Our on-site team is here to work behind-the-scenes from start to finish to make sure that everything runs smoothly so you can soak in the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property.
