The entire 25 acre estate is yours to explore and enjoy. The estate is nestled on a private hilltop in the heart of the Lakes Region at the foothills of the White Mountain National Forest and Mt. Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. Opening our modern barn doors October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week and November - April.
