Founder Rhiannon Anderson, has been in the wedding industry since 2017. I was recruited in to the mobile entertainment industry by another DJ company owner because of my stage presence and ability to engage with people. While learning the industry I discovered a love for making every wedding truly unique and dug deep into learning more. I continue to attend annual conferences to stay at the forefront of wedding trends. I am also a Professional wedding planner, officiant bartender and outside of wedding planning I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.

I love my job. For me, it’s kind of two-fold. One amazing part of the job is knowing that you are part of a couple’s most memorable day of their life—and assuming it goes well, they will remember you for it for the rest of their life. The other part is that I get to run a business and listen to music—two of my deepest passions. So running a DJ company mashes it all together in one great package.

John Ross Music and Production got its start in 2004. The simple idea of live music and DJ service from one vendor caught on across the region and in 2010 the company began adding more musician/DJs to its roster. Oregon Bride Magazine first recognized the musician/DJs at John Ross Music and Production as the “Best Ceremony Musicians” in the state in 2013. The company won that same award again in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019, also adding the “Best Reception Band” honor to its list of achievements. As of 2020 the company employs 10 different musician/DJs as well as a full time office manager to serve its clients.

I received my Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance in 2011 and since launching Christie Becker Violin in 2018, I've had the privilege of working with incredible clients including Microsoft, Overstock, Marriott, and Don Perignon, but weddings hold a special place in my heart - I thrive on celebrating the love my couples share! Our wedding couples typically spend between $800 and $1600 for a typical wedding with music services from Guest arrival through to the last dance and grand exit of the reception. Hands On Music, LLC was officially started in Oregon in February of 2016. Since our first wedding on February 14th, we have done about weddings in Oregon and a couple in Washington. We also provide DJ service for school dances, small parties, and other types of events.
