Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland beaver pond, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. We offer overnight lodging in our Hill House and Log Cabin as an additional package, and we include adjacent cottage rooms for your bridal prep. With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events.

Mountain View Stables sits on 70 private acres in Loudon Our 30 x 80 barn has many floor plan options and can seat up to 80 guests, with additional seating benches throughout, tables and chairs included. 2 beautifully decorated bridal suites, bar, coffee station, fire pit with bistro lighting, fire wood included, pond, brook, maintained pasture to accommodate any size tent (not included) for larger events, yard games, tree swing, antique tractor and more. With our featured Mountain View ceremony site w/ 10 sixteen foot long benches and arbor included, just a few minutes up a scenic gravel road. This property has so much to offer. We are a DIY Venue giving you the freedom to make this space uniquely yours. We welcome outside fully insured vendors and happy to refer preferred vendors as well. The price includes three day exclusive access to the property for rehearsal, set up, and clean up post event day. Also included, Day of on-site event coordinator, and parking attendants.

Let our beautiful 400-acre farm be the backdrop to your picturesque Vermont wedding or event. Our raw venue site sits on the side of a mountain, looking back across our family farm’s valleys, fields, and mountains. The site is located on the mountain across from our farmhouse and the area was made to accommodate a large event tent, it is approximately a 60’x200’ area. In addition to our venue site, we also have multiple possible ceremony locations available. Our farm is only a short drive from beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, allowing accessible lodging for any guests traveling to help you celebrate your special day. With the help of our local and trusted vendors, we can help you create your Vermont dream wedding with our beautiful family farm as your priceless backdrop. Kathy and John chased a dream to move to Vermont and start a farm, having had careers as science teachers in the Philadelphia area. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.

This venue was originally the private residence of the Kimball family, the elegant Victorian Mansion and Gardens as well as the casual Carriage House will give guests a memorable experience at this historical Concord, NH estate.

With twin views of the Adirondacks to the west and the Green Mountains to the east, what is not to like? Build your dream wedding on 20 acres of expansive lawn and meadow.
