EFFORTLESS & DELICIOUS WEDDINGS Weddings at Sand Rock Farm are magical! Guests love the unique, historic setting and clients love the curated vendor services that allow them to relax and enjoy the planning process leading to a beautiful and effortless wedding day. Your experienced and professional wedding planning and coordination team will ensure a seamless event down to every last delicious detail. Weddings include wedding design, planning and coordination, exclusive use of all Sand Rock Farm venue spaces for six hours of event time, complimentary custom wedding cake, cafe lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, fire pit lounge, restrooms, and venue management. Clients work with preferred vendors for catering, sound/music, floral design and shuttle services. A lodging buyout is optional. Sand Rock Farm is also a great location for romantic elopements, engagement photo shoots, retreats, corporate events and film shoots.

With 14,000 square feet of lawns alone, the facility is a haven for outdoor events, especially weddings. The bridal procession makes a striking entrance through a wisteria-covered arbor, and continues across the lawn to a gazebo overlooking the river. Set at the foot of an oak, it’s a dreamy sun-dappled spot, not only for the ceremony, but for displaying the wedding cake, too. or opt for an intimate exchange of vows in front of a grove of towering redwood trees. If you’re hosting a formal garden wedding, white umbrella-shaded tables laid with white linens add the right touch of elegance. Or, if you’re like the couple who opted for a country and western theme, square tables with checked tablecloths fit in perfectly with the woodsy setting. A few bales of hay placed here and there were all that was needed to turn River House into a mountain ranch.

In 2005, proprietors Ken & Julie Warwick and Nigel Lythgoe began the pursuit of turning their long-held dream of owning a vineyard into a reality. Once childhood friends in the backstreets of Liverpool, the Emmy-winning pair would grow up to produce the primetime hit, American Idol. It was during their time on Idol, travelling between audition cities, that they first discovered Paso Robles, a wine region still under the radar. Not long after consulting with their families, Ken and Nigel purchased and began redevelopment of an old-vine property located at the northern edge of the Paso Robles AVA. Over ten years later, Villa San-Juliette has emerged as a premier wine destination on the Central Coast.

Our venue features a century-old remodeled 4,000-square-foot barn located above a natural spring water creek. TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.
