We are all-inclusive and aren't about nickle and dime'ing couples with rentals of things. If you want it and we have it, you can use it. We have an ever-growing decor and festival option inventory that couples get to shop from as they plan their day. Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces.
