Natalie was amazing!! She listened to our desired wants/look and feel for the wedding and brought it to life. She created a variety of design boards for us to choose from and react to. Once we nailed down the look and feel with her it was a seamless process from choosing florals, a photographer/videographer, catering, cocktails, transportation, and rentals; all vendors that we chose from were based on a big list that Natalie provided. We were able to sift through the options and choose the ones that best fit our style/needs/budget! Natalie is kind, attentive, responded to all questions in a timely manner, and was an all around professional. On the day of the wedding she had everything taken care of, we did not have to think of one thing during the day. We were able to be present and enjoy the most magical and fun day that wouldn't have been possible with out her!! We couldn't recommend her and her team enough for your wedding planning needs!

Randy was such a joy to have as our day of coordinator. Not only did he take time ahead of the event to ask questions, and make sure he had all the details he needed to be successful, he has so much experience with events and catering he was a great person to bounce ideas and questions off of as we were getting all of our catering and rental contracts in order. On our actual wedding day, it’s hard to even describe what a pivotal role Randy played in making the whole thing such a huge success! He managed all the details perfectly to a T, including managing stressed family members and making sure we didn’t get pulled into any drama or questions from vendors or guests. I also love that he was willing to roll up his sleeves and be an extra pair of hands to our vendors in busy moments like bartending and making sure everything was cleaned/picked up before our venue deadline. Thank you Randy for making our day seriously effortless and fun!

Tiffany was so sweet and great to work with, I 100% recommend her as a wedding coordinator. Even though I hired her as a "month-of" coordinator, she started helping me get together contracts even earlier to make sure I had everything under control. She also helped me work through some challenges with my hair and make-up team early on. Most importantly though, she and her husband were absolutely critical on the day of the wedding. We were supposed to get married up on a hill overlooking the vineyards, but when we showed up for the rehearsal at 5pm the night before, there were tornado-like winds that were not forecasted to slow down at all. There was no way we could get married up there; hair and dresses would have been flying everywhere, let alone the fact that there was no chance anyone could have heard the ceremony. Last minute we had to re-do the entire plan for the wedding day to move the ceremony inside the barn where our reception was supposed to be held. I don't know what I would have done without Tiffany and Brandon, they handled everything so that my husband and I didn't need to worry about all the changes on the day of the wedding. She contacted all my vendors last minute, made executive decisions about decor and layout so I didn't have to re-do all the planning within 24 hrs, and made the entire day run smoothly. It was a HUGE task and I honestly think I would have absolutely freaked out if she wasn't there. Not to mention she was 8 months pregnant at the time!! I know she was exhausted but somehow she made it happen and I am forever grateful to her and Brandon. My husband and I were able relax and enjoy the day because of her, and that is absolutely priceless.
