The Gingersnap bakery is located in the business district of the village of Phoenix. We specialize in custom cakes and pastries. We love creating unique sweets that reflect the happiness of your celebration. We can pull inspiration from your wedding design elements as well as you as a couple!

The Cake Shop, is a Cake Studio that offers Wedding cakes, Custom cakes, and a small variety of bite sized treats. Everything is made from scratch in house and with localey sourced ingredients when possible. The Cake Shop is not a retail bakery. We are by appointment only. This way we can give each client and order the care and attention they deserve. We love working with our clients to make their dessert dreams come true!

Sarah & Simon Cake Design is a custom cake company based in Brooklyn. We specialize in unique and artful designs to create truly one-of-a-kind wedding and celebration cakes. Pulling from her background in fine art, Sarah approaches cake design from the standpoint of an artist to inform the way she composes and creates edible work. Her cakes are made entirely from scratch by a small team of professionals, using high quality ingredients and trusted recipes--each cake tastes as exquisitely delicious as it looks. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. Enjoy our traditional flavors like Moo-Vee Butter or our signature Albany Mix (cheddar and caramel) or take it up a notch with Deathwish Coffee Mocha. We do it all.

I took my first cake decorating class in 1999. I absolutely fell in love with cake decorating from day one and, over 20 years later, find myself just as passionate about decorating as I was in that first class. In 2015, I reached one of my biggest goals as a cake decorator, and proudly have my own commercial kitchen. I have made hundreds of wedding and specialty cakes through the years. Hello! My name is Shaelyn Oathout. I am the self taught one woman show behind Shae’s Cakes, an in-home bakery based in Poland, NY. I’m so glad you’re here! Shae’s Cakes started early in 2020 as a hobby, but I quickly realized just how passionate I am about starting from scratch, and bringing people’s sweet dreams to life! Owner Trisha is a formally trained interior designer turned self-taught cake artist. Her passion began after her own wedding to her husband, Travis, in 2009. After spending hours searching for a cake design for her own wedding, Trisha felt inspired by this delicious art form. Trisha decorated her first cake for fun and her new obsession began…Sugar & Slice creations tap into Trisha’s formal training as an interior designer and center on clean lines, elegant textures, and color. We are always looking for a new challenge and are continually investing in new training and technology to keep up with or stay ahead of currents trends.

I was 8 when my mother signed me up for a cake decorating class. It was a life-changing experience. I knew what I wanted to be! Determined to attend the Culinary Institute of America, I convinced restauranteurs in the Rochester, NY, area to give me a chance and started baking "professionally" at 15. Five years later I did it! I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America as a pastry chef. In 1999, Gourmet Goodies was established in Victor, NY. Over the past 20 years I have had the privilege of providing wedding cakes and gourmet pastries to the upstate and western New York area.

My name is Rachael Rapoza and I am the founder and one woman behind my business Roc'n Cakes. I started Roc'n Cakes in April of 2020 when the pandemic was underway and I was out of work in the restaurant industry. I turned my lifelong passion for baking into a business and have been working to make it grow ever since. I hope to connect with more customers and look forward to getting the chance to work with you!
