Our team and family have built up a cozy brick and mortar in North Park, and a fast-paced location inside Liberty Public Market in Point Loma. The Wild Thyme Company was founded in 2005 as a culmination of our Chief Foodie, Dawn Carvajal's, extensive culinary experience and desire to highlight the bold, intriguing, and undoubtedly delicious flavors of global cuisine.
