We are so glad we hired Bell Brook Farm for our micro wedding, Emily made the most beautiful arrangements for us! When coronavirus hit back in March, we made the call to postpone our big celebration and just have an intimate ceremony with our immediate family. Emily was completely on board, no questions asked. We scaled our order way back, but she exceeded our expectations. Everything was so beautiful and matched the new surroundings perfectly. She checked in with us a couple days before, which gave us peace of mind in these uncertain times. When I arrived to the location, everything was set up and ready to go. Emily even hand delivered my bouquet to me. We are so grateful that even during a pandemic, we were still able to get married and still have all the floral decor we dreamed about. Emily will be providing flowers for our big reception next May, and we can’t wait to work with her again!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

    5.0

    Oklahoma City, OK
    • Serves Oxford, MA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Doing our own wedding flowers was the best choice my daughter made for her wedding, other than choosing the groom of course. You do have to commit some time in the days before the wedding but it is so worth it. There are so many video tutorials to watch that you feel like an expert. They don't leave you high and dry after you purchase either. They are in contact with you to make sure everything is going good. That was very helpful. The memories we made together by making our own flower arrangements and bouquets using Flower Moxie was priceless. It also looked like we spent a fortune on flowers because we had so many extra (they give you more than you need to account for some loss) that we had flowers everywhere as extra decoration.

Ayla was absolutely amazing to work with. She understood perfectly what we wanted! All of the arrangements had a beautiful mix of color and greenery, as well as texture. I truly couldn't have imagined how beautiful it turned out. My mom is well versed in flowers as I am not, but we both found ourselves in awe of the arrangements on the day of as well as the arrangements on Ayla's instagram! She manages to put together things that most wouldn't think of, but end up being a stunning arrangement, like the dill flowers that were used in our tablescape arrangements! We are also forever grateful to Ayla as her and her team went above and beyond by bringing the remaining flowers to the memory care facility my grandmother was in so they could have flower arrangement classes for the current residences. We couldn't have been happier with Ayla throughout the process and with the final product!

Amoura events was my florist for my wedding and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. Marielle was very attentive and helpful with everything! Even when I wasn’t sure about certain things I wanted she would send me options which was very helpful. She worked within my budget and her prices were much more reasonable than anything else I was quoted. She did everything from my bouquet, to bridesmaids flowers, to my church decorations and everything in the hall. I received so many compliments about how beautiful our wedding was and I’ve already referred Amoura events to family and friends. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. Sierra and the team at Prose are absolutely phenomenal! Sierra was so easy to work with and it's clear that she really loves what she does. We knew very little about flowers, but Sierra was able to work with our budget and a pinterest board to put together a floral package that was perfect for us. She nailed the cottagecore look we were going for. She personally delivered our flowers, and brought my flower crown straight up to me with so much excitement! Some of our flowers were a bit wilted, but that's to be expected with live florals. They all looked so beautiful regardless! We highly, highly recommend Prose!

I started my business in 2018, after I finished floral design classes from Cass School of Floral in Watertown, MA. I have had hands on experience from Floral Arts in Westford, MA and have completed over 15 weddings in my time as a floral designer. I have a little intern named Larry, a corgi-pit mix, who is the model for Little Blooms, who you will see a lot of on Instagram. I love using locally grown flowers as much as I can in my work, to really showcase 'farm to florist'.

We had a fantastic experience working with Danielle Harris at Little Blooms! From our very first outreach, she has always been super responsive, worked well within our budget, and totally understood our vision for the day. She also has a fantastic social media presence, and it was really fun in the months leading up to our wedding to see all the amazing work she did for other weddings - it gave us confidence in our choice, and she did NOT disappoint when it came to wedding day! Our flowers and greenery were simply stunning. Thank you Danielle!!

Highly recommend working with Naomi Azriel Lifestyle Design for your wedding or event! Her designs and processes ooze creativity and she is so personable and easy to work with. What really makes her stand out is the high importance she places on sustainable practices and working with local florals and farms (which can be hard to find in the wedding industry.) The quality of the florals she designs with really show and can’t be beat. Can’t recommend Naomi enough to bring a unique and personal touch to your event!

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica from A Natural Arrangement and was very lucky that she was available for my October 2022 wedding. I had reached out to florist vendors a little later than recommended for the time need for my wedding, and was very relieved when A Natural Arrangement was available so last minute. I didn't have any specific designs in mind, so I let Jessica take reign, I gave her my preferred colors, let her surprise me, and she did just that. Very professional and accommodating. We are very grateful to have been able to work with her and would 100% do so again. Our bouquet was stunning, creative and elegant. Whether you have very specific ideas in mind or lack thereof, A Natural Arrangement will exceed your expectations. Even some time after wedding, we had trouble with our bouquet preservation and Jessica was able to assist to the best of her ability, we can't thank you enough. We appreciate all of your hard work, thank you for everything!
