To sum myself up in this “about you” section is nearly impossible so here are a few things you must know. I like to have a good time with fun, real people, who love to laugh. I just celebrated my one year anniversary with my husband, Nick and I am obsessed with my pup, Rylee. We love to travel, try new things, and are almost always outside, but I'll always come in for my fave snack of a charcuterie board and glass of wine.

When asked about how I first became interested in photography, I always dedicate my answer to my father. My dad was a photographer himself, and I grew up learning about the art of capturing lovely images by watching him. My love for the art form grew while taking a high school film photography class and, eventually, my father and I opened a studio together.

My life in wedding photography started as an apprentice to a master photographer lugging equipment, loading countless rolls of film, and driving all over Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for two years. I learned a lot during that period of my life and found myself looking forward to Fridays and Saturdays; not for the weekend off, but the next wedding! More than 1000 weddings later, I still believe the best wedding pictures are real moments, photographed in the most beautiful way possible. My photographs are complex, yet simple. They are romantic. Timeless. Authentic. And FUN!

I can't even imagine doing life without photographs. My camera has been a permanent accessory for me since eighth grade and getting to document life events is one of my greatest joys.
