I have been a Chef and a Mixologist for the past 20 years. I owned a restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, named Betty's Wok & Noodle, specializing in Asian-Latino fusion cuisine. Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

What did you want to be when you grew up? An astronaut? Firefighter? Police officer? Not Jose, he knew from a young age he wanted to be a chef. Confectionately Confections is his dream coming to life! After formal culinary education at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC and years of on the job training with Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts Jose ventured out into the world to change the catering and events scene here in central Florida, one unforgettable event at a time.

Hello There! I'm Dana Marie! The Dinner Party Project has been around for 7.5 years! We have put on over 550 Dinner Parties. We love the magic that happens around the table. There are so many elements to creating the perfect Dinner. We have the expertise and amazing Chefs to make your day incredibly special!

It all started cooking paellas at friends parties... My past experience of cooking Paellas comes from our native roots of Puerto Rico. Being 1/3 Spaniard, I've perfectioned Paellas and started offering on site catering services to friends and family. In time, we started to also prepare them to new clients and that's when ¡Qué Paella! was born!
