We offer a unique, affordable, and flexible outdoor event space on a beautifully manicured estate set in a historic residential neighborhood with stunning panoramic views of Kessler Park, Missouri River valley and the Kansas City Museum. The (Edward A.) Stevens House is a neo-classical Colonial Revival mansion built in 1902 as a multigenerational family home. The Stevens were known as a pioneer Kansas City family acquiring their wealth from the local real estate boom of the late 1800's. The mansion has been lovingly maintained through the years resulting in its placement on the National Register of Historic Places for architectural integrity. It is rich in Kansas City history with ties to pioneer T.M. James (uncle to Frank and Jesse), Tom Pendergast, the local Italian mob, and recently featured in the film, Nelly Don, The Musical Movie. ​

Nestled on 110 acres of beautiful Missouri land just off of I-29, Timber Ridge Event Center offers an experience unmatched by anyone else. The Pearl, a mid-1800’s style barn, is modeled after a barn on the family farm. Constructed with rough-sawn oak timbers and wooden pegs, it boasts a 30-foot vaulted ceiling and wrap-around loft lighted with iron chandeliers. The timber staircase offers a grand entry for the bride’s debut into the main hall while providing a beautiful backdrop for photos. The Pearl is located on a ridge approximately one mile south of Hamilton on Highway 13, overlooking Tom Creek valley. It is a beautiful sight to behold at sundown any time of the year. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are frequently seen.
