I'd just say, if you are a bride that needs quick and clear communication, the Ritz may not be the best option. We had a great initial sales experience but once we signed the line, we felt a bit like a number and it was extremely hard to get responses strange communication. If you work with the Ritz, I would 110% recommend a planner to ease your stresses and get the answers you need. Day of was gorgeous though and no issues.”
