Hello! We are Rae and Travis, born and raised in Oregon, we have a deep passion for love and landscape. Our personal style is journalistic documentary photography, where we can create whimsical photos that in 50 years time you will look back upon and remember the romance of the day. We offer wedding photography from small elopements to destination weddings. Whether your wedding takes place at a Tahoe destination, Central Oregon, Seattle, anywhere in The Pacific Northwest or beyond we will capture your dream wedding. 

After 10 years and over 200 weddings, I know how to fold into a large group of people, how to be there and make it feel like I'm not. I've been documenting weddings for nearly a decade and I love it even more now than when I started. My work is candid, emotional, and comfortable. I love to infuse editorial and documentary moments into my galleries, but mostly I just love to be able to photograph moments as they unfold.

I believe the best photos occur when... artistry and intentionality meet moments of heartfelt connection. I'll guide you towards the dreamiest light and offer unobtrusive direction that lends to natural movements and sincere emotion. I also slow things down and help re-center everyone, creating space for beautiful moments to unfold, like mom fluffing your veil, dad's expression when he sees you all dressed up, and fleeting looks between you and your partner.

I want the photos of my wedding that I don’t have –; that capture the moments of affection between our family members; that remind us of the little details and big feelings of that day. I want the photos of my father-in-law walking my wife down the aisle, six months before he unexpectedly passed away. Those photos don’t exist. Instead, I have a handful of blurry, poorly edited images, the half-hearted efforts of an amateur photographer who didn’t yet know what he was doing with a camera. At that time I didn’t know the value of a professional wedding photographer, so I didn’t make the investment and it’s one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made.

We are Sienna plus Josh, adventure elopement photographers [who also eloped!] in 2011 and we have been shooting weddings and adventuring ever since. We are here to help you navigate the path of forging your OWN path. Going the adventure elopement route is intimate, authentic, and empowering...with a day that is truly reflective of your relationship and defines the two of you! One of the best things about eloping is that you get to throw away the rule book and write your own. Whether that is spending your wedding day on a mountaintop in Oregon, among the waterfalls in Iceland, or the warm desert of California.

My goal is to create a photo gallery that tells YOUR story. You are unique and your images should be, too. I cry at weddings. I can't help it! I get emotionally invested and I won't apologize for it. It allows me to get into the zone where I am completely immersed in the moment and I strive to make images that reflect that. I love being inspired by new locations, and I go with the flow.
