Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. Tables and chairs are included for both outside ceremony and inside for dinner/reception.

Irons Mill Farmstead is a beautiful barn and farm venue located in New Wilmington, PA. This family-owned property provides a truly romantic setting for celebrations. The two-story barn dates back to the 1940s and has been renovated to provide modern amenities such as climate-controlled air conditioning and heating while retaining its authentic rustic charm. Our family-owned 14-acre private retreat is the perfect place to celebrate your love. We can accommodate up to 50 guests for your ceremony and reception, and we have everything you need to help make it all go perfectly. Please email us to schedule your tour or to book your wedding. Our wedding packages include two overnight stays and use of all of our wedding decor and rentals. Just bring your creativity! Early check-in and late check-out are included so that you have all the time you need, and we can recommend wonderful local vendors to handle all the other details. The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

The barn was beautifully decorated (not to mention the amount of other decorations they already had on-site was a great way to save money), and the rolling hills made a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and pictures (especially the photo-bombing alpacas). They were so incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the process. They made time to answer all of our questions and were incredibly accommodating by allowing us to take tours and re-visit as we started planning for our wedding. One of the biggest perks was having the venue for the entire weekend, which made setting up and enjoying our day that much easier. Everyone we've spoken to after the wedding have continued to say how beautiful the venue was and how it made for the absolute perfect wedding. I highly recommend Heartland to any bride looking for a beautiful wedding that's truly one-of-a-kind!

Patterson Fruit Farm Wedding and Event Venue is located North West (behind) our Farm Market at 11414 Caves Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. It has turned into the present destination for families looking for quality fruit and fun opportunities for their children on the farm. We offer our Banquet room for indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests. We have multiple outdoor sites for wedding ceremonies. Our apple orchard is well suited for an outdoor tent event for up to 400 guests. The Buckeye conference room for meetings, gatherings, training classes during the week for up to 30 guests
