Rosie Creek Farms is a privately owned and operated 60 acre Horse & Hay farm located in Panama City, Florida. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Construction on Mistletoe Bough began in 1890 but wasn't completed until 1895. The town banker had the vision to build the grandest home in Alexander City. Raising four boys and one girl, Ruben Herzfeld and his wife Julia built Mistletoe Bough with the perfect combination of elegance and comfort. New to the venue market, Grove Indian Pass, is a home built in the 1920's for the governor of Alabama. Another family bought it and the house remained a private residence until 2021 when it was sold and converted into a vacation rental. This property boasts 5 acres with 200' of water on each side. The dock side faces the Lagoon and back of the house, while the gulf side has 200' of pristine sand and uninterrupted views of the beach. The property can sleep 24 for your special day with 3 separate houses, a game and pool room, as well as a courtyard. There are so many fabulous areas, come check us out yourself!

Azalea Cove Waterside is located on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama. We have great indoor spaces that can comfortably seat more than 60 for an after-rehearsal dinner and the main building can handle about 100. Outside are several covered pavilions, all with great views of the water and surrounding gardens and forest. There is plenty of room in a covered pavilion and around the swimming pools for a reception for about 300. We include tables & chairs but couples can choose their own caterer, florist, photographer, bartender, etc. for maximum flexibility though our on site wedding designer can assist and handle rentals if desired. The Cedars is an event venue and vacation home rental that is part of a working cattle farm. Built in 1890 in the Greek Revival Farmhouse style, it still sits in its original location today. Early in 2019, the restoration of the original Nathan Bryan Whitfield, Sr. home began with the vision to return the historic farm home to a public place for sharing its beauty, family history and its agricultural significance with the community and others.By 1890, Dr. Whitfield’s son, Nathan built The Cedars, naming it for a grove of cedar trees that grew between the home and the road, which is now U.S. Highway 80. In April of 2009, Alabama Governor, Bob Riley, and Commissioner of Agriculture, Ron Sparks, designated The Cedars as an Alabama Century Farm. Being recognized as a Century Farm means that the farm has been in operation as a family farm for over 100 years and has played a significant role in Alabama’s history.

Features include two suites for bridal party dressing areas before the wedding. The Grand Staircase is the perfect view for every bride to make her ceremony entrance or for the couple to be introduced into their reception. The upstairs balcony offers a birds-eye view of the dance floor and activity below.  Our beautiful, original copper bar is the centerpiece of the downstairs, boasting a hand painted glass window from 1915.
