This little hobby of mine that started back in 2015 has become an absolute dream come true!! Photographing weddings is my second favorite part of this job, with meeting the most amazing couples being the first! I knew from the start that I wanted my business to be focused on creating an amazing wedding experience that caters to each couple in a unique and memorable way! I pour myself into each couple because that's what a wedding day should be about! I also love Ninja Warrior, Starbucks, and my sweet kitty Feather!!

From the first moment my grandfather placed a Sony Cybershot in my hands at age 13, I knew the magic of capturing life's most profound and intimate moments was meant for me. Now, after nearly 24 years behind the lens, what began as a childhood hobby has become everything to me. I started photography years ago as an elective in college and I never knew what it would become. I've always maintained full time jobs (I've been a graphic designer and special education teacher) but my passion for photography kept me pursuing it on the side. Eventually I became so consumed by my efforts that I was able to go full time in my business. I care deeply about my clients. Born and raised in Wallingford, Connecticut. With over 4 years of professional photography experience, I fell in love with love. I was the little girl who dreamed of her wedding day. Hi! Thanks for checking out our portfolio! We are a husband and wife team and we are so passionate about love and weddings. Melanie has been a photographer since 2009 and Brian has been a photographer since 2011. Together, we have specialized in weddings since 2015. We have photographed in almost every New England state and have photographed destination weddings as far as South Carolina and Michigan. Besides wedding photography, we love spending time with our two sons, our two cats and our dog. We love spending time together and traveling. Our dream is to bring the people part of our family on a European tour one day!

I’m blessed to be turning what started as a small hobby into an incredible journey where I get to capture such intimate moments in couple's lives. I graduated from UConn with a degree in psychology and journalism; both those tracks have only helped me in capturing human emotion through a photojournalist lens. An ambivert, my camera allows me to work where I know I work best, behind-the-scenes, front row at some of the most profound moments in people's lives.
