The Cakery has been a Dayton staple since 1996. The current owners have worked at The Cakery since the early 2000's and love what they do! While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.
