I've been full-time in the industry for 4 years and I love getting the opportunity to memorialize weddings for my clients. I have experience in both photography and cinematography. Giving my images a uniquely cinematic and timeless feeling, while being unobtrusive and letting you experience your day exactly as it unfolds.

Jack is a longtime Charlottesville-Albemarle resident, and currently lives in "downtown" Crozet. He's been a full time photographer in Charlottesville's wedding community for 17 years. Specialties include surprise engagements, and weddings ranging in size and complexity from elopements with a handful of guests, to multi-day celebrations with many hundreds of guests.

From developing black and white images in the darkroom to capturing day-to-day happenings as photo manager of the high school yearbook, my camera became an extension of me. Fast forward ten years and I’ve gone on to complete my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and clinical to become a registered dietitian nutritionist. I’ve had a thriving career at UVA Medical Center for the past five years and witnessed firsthand both the value and fragility of human life.

After shooting weddings throughout high school, I set my camera down when I went to college. I thought I would go, get a corporate career, and just take gorgeous photos of my kids (currently 2 cats and 2 dogs) one day. Three degrees later, the corporate life was draining. Steve and I met in March, 1999 on Match.com. We were married on September 2, 2000 at the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. We became a photography team in 2007. I had already been photographing weddings on my own, but someone was missing. I am not complete without Steve. My photography is the same. I love working with my husband. We can be on opposite sides of a ceremony, look at each other and just know what the other will do. Many of our couples love our height difference. I'm 5'1". Steve is 6'4".
