Jeanie graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in the Fine Arts. She has over 25 years working with flowers and has done numerous weddings and events in the Lexington, Louisville and surrounding areas.

Wood & Word Blooms is run by a Jen Angle, former teacher of 20+ years and specializes in using hand-painted wood flowers along with a faux, dried and preserved florals (nothing fresh here) to bring your wedding vision to life not just for that one glorious day but forever. Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.
