We have been hosting wedding for over 15 years at the pavilion and gazebo (although new on this platform). We are a family oriented business with a promise to make your special day a truly memorable one. Couples, bridesmaids and groomsmen can stay at our inn where we have space for 20 guests. With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully restored— retaining the perfect amount of charm combined with present-day luxury. We rent the entire estate for four nights, from Thursday to Monday and can comfortably sleep 26 guests. Surrounded by stunning views and Maine salt air, we are just 15 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, NH and the fine restaurants, arts, and culture of the Seacoast. The Red Barn redefines the barn wedding experience with full-service wedding planning and contemporary amenities. The quaint backdrop of historic South Berwick, Maine provides the perfect setting for today’s couples looking to escape into the heart of Vacationland. The Red Barn is the newest and most exciting addition to Outlook Farm. This beautiful addition allows us to offer an event location for all seasons. The reconstruction of the Red Barn is the first project in a phased approach to restore and renovate the Outlook Farm property to its original grandeur of 100 years ago. The new building maintains the look and feel of the historic Maine barn it has always been while featuring all of the amenities available in the most modern of banquet facilities.

Welcome to The Barn at Union Lake Orchard. This 3rd generation farm has been offering its farm fresh produce for 40 years. Our hand crafted, 3 story, timber frame event Barn provides you the beauty and timelessness of farmland in Barrington, NH. Framed by colorful flowers and rows of lush peach trees this event space will be one to remember. Our wedding season is late May through mid October.

Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!
