Facilities and Capacity: Sage Creek Ranch and Retreat Center is ideal for hosting every stage of your once-in-a-lifetime celebration. It offers 9 separate event spaces to pick and choose from and can accommodate weddings of up to 150 seated guests in total. The various outdoor spaces include a one-of-a-kind gazebo, several manicured lawns, and a dance floor for your guests to strut their stuff. Each area has been designed for a feeling of rustic comfort with features such as fountains, wrought iron archways, ponds, and more. We also have two gorgeous ready rooms for the couple to use to get pampered in!

Because of this, we have transformed our 5-acre ranch in Waddell, Arizona into a picturesque event place that you and your guests will never forget. We are a tour facility nestled in the East Valley. We offer facilities for awesome Weddings and other Special Events! Our friendly Petting Zoo is tons of fun for all ages! we would love for you to feed and brush them, you could even hop into the pen for a great photo op! We have a real tractor you can "play" on, corn hole games, even a hayride! Our desert botanical garden is 'under construction' but you are always encourage to stroll along the path ways and enjoy the sights.

If you decide to tie the knot at Lynx Creek Farm, the couple is responsible for bringing their own vendors. This allows you to select and budget for what you would like! Your responsibilities are Food, Drink, Music, Photography, Officiant and any other special additions. The Venue has paver patios and turf with amazing views for seating and table layouts. An 18’ concrete stage under a pergola with landscaped hillside behind will highlight ceremonies or speakers. With mature trees and flowers blooming you are surrounded by nature’s beauty! The perfectly lit outdoor area also includes multiple fire pits, grills and a bar on wheels. The adjacent Log Cabin can sleep 12 and has 3 decks with hot tubs overlooking the venue plus two secluded, one-bedroom cottages with hot tubs down the hill offer more lodging. Don’t forget about our newly renovated Bridal Suite and our storeroom which offers décor for couples to use.
