What is your peak season?

May, June, July, August, September, and October Receptions booked in January, February and March qualify for a winter special - 10% off the Wedding Package (on the final invoice), free champagne for your bridal party all evening and no minimum guest requirement.

Question 2

How many hours are included in our booking?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation includes a 7 hours time slot. (9 hours if holding your ceremony here). This time can be manipulated. However, everything always ceases at midnight. That means that the bar stops serving and the DJ stops playing. It does not mean that you need to be out of the hall. Additional time can be purchased for $140 per hour.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, our liquor licensing does not allow for this.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances and trained staff.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A refund of $400 will be made after receiving written cancelation request and upon rebooking of date with another outside event (not Memories sponsored}

Do we need to get insurance?

No, our venue is fully insured.

Do we need to decorate the hall?

Accepted Answer

Memories provides seasonal decorations. Decorating of the hall can take place the night before if we do not have a scheduled event. You are given a two-hour time block for decorating. If we do have a scheduled event you may come in the morning of your event as early as 8:00 a.m. Are you considering having your ceremony at Memories? Many couples coordinate the decorating with the rehearsal

What does your beverage package include?

Our beverage package includes a beer or a beer/wine combination as a complimentary drink for your guests. All other alcohol is available on a cash bar basis. Bartenders are included in this pricing and we typically have a minimum of 2 bartenders for a wedding of 175 or more. Memories has employees who jump in when it gets busy so your guests will not be waiting long for a drink.

Do you have a DJ?

Included in the beverage package is our in-house DJ (Dan). You work directly with Dan on music selection and reception details. He has a detailed website that allows you to fill out all the forms at your convenience and submit them to him, as many times as needed, right up to a week before the big day. Dan offers an extensive music library to assist in the customizing of your night.

Are there any clean up fees?

No Memories will assist in the take down of your decorations. This is not to get you out of here any faster, but to assist you in enjoying your evening to the very end.

How much will our wedding cost?

Accepted Answer

We are a one stop shop. Together the banquet and beverage package cover everything except your table decorations and your cake. Appetizers and late-night snacks are available for purchase. A photo booth is available for rent from our DJ. When all is said and done, you are pretty much able to figure out the cost of your wedding. This makes budgeting much easier.
