Just 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown’s shops, restaurants, breweries, and music venues. Board Landing Farm is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots. The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events.
