There is truly not enough words to express how AMAZING Bakers Ranch and their whole staff is. From day one they have helped and guided me in every aspect of wedding planning, and made it such a seamless process, that stressing over your wedding is never even an option! The big day was everything we could of asked for and more! The decor was absolutely beautiful, and the second I walked in and saw it all put together I started tearing up. Throughout the whole day they really take care of you and your bridal party, and make sure everything ruins as smooth as possible! Deity Events is an all-inclusive wedding venue. The price you see listed is the price per person including gratuity, and don't worry there is no additional service or administration fees. Our pricing includes so much more than just space. Deity includes six hours of exclusive use of the venue, catering, event coordinator, furniture, linen and candle décor, Catering is provided in-house by the executive chef, who offers sit-down dinners as well as standing cocktail receptions.

We (bride & groom) and all of our guests (of all ages from near and far) love Deity as a wedding venue. It had everything we wanted for the best price in NYC. The cost was very reasonable for this area of Brooklyn, including the use of 3 floors, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, 40/pp bar credit, DJ, and gratuity (saved so much on the gratuity, DJ and bar, alone, which allowed us to spring for an extra premium entrée, valet parking, the bridal suite, and a henna artist, who set up shop at one of the tables in the cocktail lounge). The space has everything you need (ceremony space, which flips into the dinner space, cocktail hour space, and cellar/dance floor space). We highly recommend the bridal suite (gorgeous inside and roof space, huge, and worth every penny). The tasting was a bit pricey, but very educational-we had our menu set before the tasting but ended up getting totally different items and our menu ended up being the best wedding food our guests ever experienced (everyone tried everything and finished their meals). For passed hors d’oeuvres we highly recommend the chicken & waffles, spanakopita, stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes and sliders (we also got the potatoes w/ caviar, but they weren’t as well-received), and for dinner we recommend the filet mignon (which you can cut with a fork) w/ horseradish sauce, seared tuna (well worth the extra per person cost for this second premium entree), citrus salad, tomato mozzarella salad, and orzo (all delicious with rave reviews). The vegetable wellington was also a hit with our vegetarian guests. The fact that everything is served family style made the service much faster and gave everyone ample time to finish dinner and enjoy the evening. The wine selection was great, too, as was the full premium bar which also included frozen drinks (we only ended up paying 3,000 after the 40 per person bar credits, included in the per person pricing, were used) for 115 guests. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. And the DJ, BenHa Meen, was an absolute pro (our guests all got their groove on), and the fact that he is included in the wedding package made it even better. At first, we were concerned about the size of the space and all the stairs, but everyone had a great time, from our youngest to oldest guests (and the chair lift to the ceremony/dinner space was very useful). We received consistent feedback from many guests saying it was the best wedding they ever attended in terms of venue (a West Village native in the food and beverage industry said it’s his new favorite event venue), food, and service. One of our flower girls had a mini breakdown before show time and the Deity staff expertly calmed her down. There is nothing else you could want AND this place will not break your bank, which is just phenomenal for New York City. Thank you SO much to Deity for the best night of our lives.

Cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove and Olaya Events & Company! From the moment we decided on this venue we had a wonderful experience. The event management team was always friendly and made sure to get back to me on every question I asked. The preferred vendor recommendations really helped us pick vendors we knew we could trust. We had a couple meetings with the venue at six months and 30 days out where we really went over every detail. The tracking system was organized and easy to use. Most important to us was how well everything was executed on wedding day! Everything went smooth and just how we discussed. I did not have to worry about anything because Stephanie and her crew had everything down perfectly. It truly was one of the most wonderful experiences and best days ever!

We got married early this April and we were blown away by our wedding coordinator, Melissa. To emphasize my review, I need to give two points of reference: This is my second wedding and my first was at Walt Disney World and their coordinators are top tier. To this day, I still remember the name of my coordinator there because she was so amazing. Melissa absolutely blew that wedding coordinator out of the water. For work, I plan events for groups ranging from 50-100 people and the logistics are very similar to that of a wedding. I have worked with hotel & venue coordinators all across DFW and again, Melissa blew every single one of them out of the water. She anticipates your EVERY need - you will want for nothing on your wedding day and her ability to anticipate any possible scenario before and during your wedding will let you and your fiancée completely enjoy the wedding - you truly don’t have to worry about anything. She is like an extension of your brain, she practically knows what you are going to ask before you even say it. I told her that because I plan events for work, I wanted to “be a guest at my own wedding” and not be worried about day of logistics or feel like I had to coordinate people or time or anything the day of the wedding. Melissa took the reins, I did not have to lift a finger that day and she was always 10 steps ahead. A few specifics that make her stand out and will make a huge impact on the wedding day - She knows weddings inside and out. When it came to planning, she was always patient while I made changes or asked for different variations of certain items. She was budget conscious on the items of the wedding I didn’t want to spend a lot on. Come wedding day, you can tell she has done many weddings and has the experience to back her up. I had an issue with my bustle so Melissa got down and worked on my bustle for a good 20 minutes getting it fixed and making sure it was perfect. She saved me again by having a steamer on hand at the venue and steamed my dress for me because I had forgotten that very important detail! Somehow she managed to do all of this for me while still organizing and managing my fiancé and his groomsmen. She is so unbelievably efficient and knows where to put her time and how to manage people effectively. She was friendly and pleasant with all of the people in our wedding party but was direct and firm when necessary in order to get everything(and everyone) where they need to be in order for things to go smoothly. I could truly never say enough good things about her and she is the difference that should make a bride choose to get married at The Milestone Denton. There really are so many gorgeous venues in the area and The Milestone really is a gem offering an elegant and grand Mansion backdrop while still remaining intimate for smaller wedding parties. The “all inclusive” factor of their packages is what really sold me in the beginning. They offer three different packages - we chose the middle tier option because we already had an officiant and we were arranging our own exit car.. but other than that, the venue offered all of our services besides my hair & makeup. This made the planning process VERY easy. We were very pleased with all of the vendors they are partnered with to fulfill these services. I am beyond impressed (and our guests were too.) Melissa, you are the absolute best and are so so skilled in what you do. Thank you so much for everything!!

We got married at Brooklyn Winery's new location at the end of April and had an absolutely incredible experience working with them every step of the way. Wedding planning is so stressful with so many moving pieces, but they have so many good systems in place to make things as easy as possible for you. Some things that are key to this are having a dedicated venue staff who know the venue and how things run there inside and out, having all of the catering, furniture, cutlery etc. handled onsite, and having an on-site Event Manager/day-of coordinator. Our Event Manager was Marissa Allain and I cannot speak highly enough of her - while remaining warm and composed, she thought of and handled every little detail throughout the process. While we know that an incredible amount of work went into things behind the scenes, for us and our guests on the day, everything flowed so easily and seamlessly. Having a dedicated person to coordinate with the DJ, florist, etc. so you don't even have to think about those logistics is an enormous benefit - it took more pressure off of us than we even realized going into it. Everyone (including the two of us) had an incredible time on the day and also just really felt taken care of. There were so many thoughtful details every step of the way on the day. For example, when we did our ketubah signing, they had set up a lovely table with candles to create a nice atmosphere and make that moment even more special. Knowing that you'll be pulled in a million different directions on that day, Brooklyn Winery really makes sure to think about all the ways they can ease some of that pressure and make the day as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible. The food and drinks were incredible - so many people commented on them and we were really pleased. They were also very flexible and worked with us to have an all vegetarian menu since my husband is a vegetarian. The new space is absolutely stunning and since it's largely the same team as the old space, they clearly got things up and running super smoothly; you'd think they'd been working in that location for years. Getting married in the city can be a stressful and expensive process, and I really want to emphasize how much value you get at Brooklyn Winery. We really can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a New Years Eve wedding and could not recommend Spruce Mountain enough! From the first moment I toured, I knew we had to get married here! The space is gorgeous! The staff was so so helpful and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I was able to go back to look at the space as much as I wanted! Spruce Mountain has amazing staff that is helpful right from the start outlining everything to know! From the first day I toured, I could tell that planning my wedding was going to be made so much easier by Spruce Mountain! There are a a few limitations as far as vendors go, but this just made the planning easier! All in all, 10/10 for Spruce Mountain! Special Shout out to Emily who I worked with from my first walk through of the venue to my wedding night - she was the property manager on site!! I was so glad she was able to be there to see my vision come true with so much help from her!!!!

We got married here at Terraview on 9/25/21 and it was the most magical day of our lives! Linda and the Stroudsmoor team did an amazing job making our dreams come true! Everything was seamless and are guests still our raving about our magical day (5 months later)! I can’t stop looking at my pictures and the beautiful scenery we had for our early fall wedding. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and was big enough for my bridal party and I to get ready in the morning of. We rented out the full Cedar House and it was a wonderful place for my husband and his groomsmen to get ready the day of and for all us to celebrate after. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the delicious food and beautiful venue we chose here at Stroudsmoor. We even had our rehearsal dinner on location in the private stone room and it was just perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, mountain top wedding then look no further! Wish we could relive the day again and again!

We had our cocktail hour and reception at Green Acres and it was PERFECT! Brooke and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with. They made sure that the whole evening was seamless and we didn't have to worry about a thing! They are so organized and professional. My husband and I (along with our families and guests) were able to fully enjoy the whole day. The venue itself gorgeous and rustic. The new cottage hospitality suite is very nice too. We used Green Mill through their catering partners and they were great as well! We had the best day and would definitely recommend Green Acres Event Center!

My husband and I got married in the summer of 2023 at Fassit Mansion. The land was perfectly beautiful and made our dreams of an intimate wedding come to life. Juana (owner) coordinated with me the entire time with all questions regarding anything and everything. Leading up to our day, she was taking care of every detail I didn't think of. The house...my family and bridesmaids stayed here; it was one of the most beautiful places I'd ever stayed in with each room being so unique, vintage, and magical. The farm with the baby goats was such a hit with my family-Juana let them out early every morning to nibble on grass, and we would wakeup just to see/pet them! It was so precious. The price...unbeatable. To look over Fassitt Mansion would be a mistake. This place, Juana's and her families efficiency and kindness - priceless. -love Michael and Abby

This was the first venue my husband and I looked at and instantly fell in love! Our wedding was everything I could have imagined and more. Dawn and Brian were incredible to work with and very personable. Chela was our coordinator for the day and let me tell you that woman knew what i needed before I even knew I needed it. They also have so many props you can rent through them that give your wedding the perfect rustic touch. Do not hesitate to book your wedding here it was seriously the most perfect day and there are so many beautiful places to take pictures!

My husband and I are so grateful that we chose to have our wedding and reception at Donauschwaben. Every staff member was so helpful at every step of the way from the initial planning until the day of our wedding. We had several sit-down meetings to plan various aspects of our day, and the staff was very knowledgeable about every important moment to consider when planning our wedding day. The venue was able to make accommodations for us as needed, and were easy to communicate with during the whole planning process. In addition, many of our guests raved about the food, which is always amazing. We also took many of our pictures on the grounds which provided a wonderful setting for our photos. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. We cannot say enough about how great the Boylston Rooms is! Myles, Erin and staff were helpful, accommodating, and were there whenever we needed them. We put everything together in 4 months and the night couldn't have gone smoother. Guests are continuing to compliment the food from Myers Catering, the venue and overall night. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Western Mass!

We looked at many wedding venues in multiple states as my fiancé and I grew up in different states and have family/friends scattered pretty widely. Not only is the Gardens the most unique and grants you access to the entire property for the day all for your wedding, they go above & beyond in every aspect. The Gardens takes care of food/drink and have a great network of recommended vendors for any aspects of the wedding they don’t provide (photos, officiant, etc.). This was by far the best value we found in any venue. You can tell the care and attention to detail from the start of your tour of the grounds and meeting Johan, Amanda and Chef Kent. The grounds are amazing and have a ton to offer both indoors and outdoors, chapel, other indoor spaces to get ready, sprawling gardens and outdoor ceremony area plus a large tent. We would highly encourage all considering Churon to cease their search. Churon has everything you could imagine and more. We chose Churon Winery as our venue for so many reasons, and Meilee, the venue coordinator, was one of the main reasons. Meilee cares so much about her couples as her clients. She is attentive to every detail, exceptionally responsive, accommodating to ideas, and so very kind. She is knowledgeable and does not leave any detail untouched. She gave us a great deal of confidence that we were in good hands. And, she gets the job done above and beyond what we could have expected. Churon’s staff is so kind. From Danni in the wine tasting room to Julie’s welcome at the front desk to Chef Enrique and his entire staff to Paola and her housekeeping team. Our stay was a delight. All guests receive a free glass of wine upon check in where they are welcomed by the best tasting staff. The rooms are a dream and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Paola keeps the rooms immaculate. You walk in and think you are walking into a room in Tuscany, Italy. The hot air balloons rise every morning and this is visible from right outside the rooms. Our guests got to enjoy this sight with coffee on their balcony or on the inn terrace each morning. Breakfast is complimentary each morning of your stay and this breakfast outdoes any breakfast: eggs benedict, croissant sandwiches, omelets, orange juice and mimosas, and so much more. Our guests could not believe the service. Staying onsite was a lovely touch as we all had the morning to enjoy ourselves before the ceremony. Chef Enrique outdid himself with the food for the reception. Guests raved about the food. He clearly takes pride in his recipes. He even makes his own Chardonnay dressing for the salads! We also had a delightful time at our tasting. The venue itself is a vision. From the gazebo where you say “I do” to the many vineyards that sit in the distance to the market lights lighting the reception area. Each part of the evening has its own section, so the flow of the day is flawless. Set up and take down was also flawless. Meilee and Paola think of every detail; we had nothing to worry about. And, one of the best parts is that your room is just steps away. The Churon team has become like family to us. We never could have imagined that signing a contract with Churon would enter us into a phenomenal community of people that we look forward to visiting for many years to come. We became wine members because we are so excited to stay connected and plan to celebrate on our anniversary there every year. We highly recommend Churon for all size weddings and especially for those seeking an intimate ceremony that offers you the opportunity to celebrate and spend time with guests all weekend. We got married at the Red Barn in June of 2023 and could not have had a better experience. As was the case with almost every summer weekend in New England this year, it ended up raining on our wedding day. We had planned to get married in the garden but our coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at the Red Barn were extremely accommodating and allowed us to make the last minute call to move everything inside. Not only were they extremely flexible, Emily was calm, cool, and collected and made sure I wasn't stressed out about the change of plans. She expertly moved out outdoor floral arrangements inside on the mantel of the fireplace and everything looked so beautiful. Besides her attentiveness on the day-of, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding--meeting with us a couple of times to go over every single detail and answering any other questions promptly. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Emily was so helpful that I really didn't need one. The entire staff at the Red Barn was also incredible (special shout out to Mo who made sure my husband and I got some appetizers during the cocktail hour and packed up the extra cake so we had some to take home!). The venue is absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and our guests all had such an incredible time. We also rented out the Stage House Inn which was absolutely lovely. Tegan and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. I cannot recommend both The Red Barn and the Stage House Inn enough!

Sweeney Barn honestly was better than any expectation. Their prices are very fare and they have a great staff on board. I mainly worked with Andrea and she made sure to keep in contact and had all the information when asked. They have an extensive list of vendors they recommend which was a big life saver when it came to finding a catering company. They have decorations you can utilize to help save on some costs and they are super helpful. The venue itself is beautiful, well kept and my guests loved the ceremony and reception area. There are so many places for guests to go out and explore during the reception. Second, the wedding coordinators and staff are so nice and care so much about making your wedding day exactly how you imagined and stress free. Olivia S. was our coordinator and she went above and beyond for us during the whole wedding planning process and our actual wedding day. It would not have gone as smooth without her! I was not stressed the day of our wedding at all because Olivia was handling everything. I cannot say how thankful and grateful we are for everyone at Big Sky Barn. If you are looking for a wedding venue this is the place to go!

I could not recommend The Orchard enough for any event but especially for a wedding! I searched all over the city of Phoenix for our 100-120 person wedding and was overwhelmed by the beauty, vast options and professionalism from April Pak and her team. We set the date and began to work for the wedding with 12 months notice. However, life happened and when we needed to move up the date by 8 months- April very graciously worked with us to make it happen. She and her team were able to pull off our stunning vision with only 8 weeks preparation! I should also mentioned, that we do not live in AZ, and did all the organizing and planning from the east coast. April was communicative, solution oriented and truly understood our vision. Our wedding was stunning and went off without a hitch! I am so incredibly grateful to The Orchard and April for making our special day unforgettable!

Milton Ridge was an amazing venue for our wedding. The connections, experience, and package deals they offer are super convenient and reduce the stress of planning for the big day. It is a beautiful and accommodating location that really caters to your idea of the best wedding. Shout out to Meaghan for her work in coordinating, especially day-of. If you are looking for a venue and long-term coordinator that takes care of all the minute details and plans everything for you, you might want to hire an additional "month of" planner and coordinator. Be sure to read through all of the offerings to avoid missing details and add-on costs. Also, be aware that Milton Ridge is not necessarily "in charge" of some of the vendors they utilize. The location is private and beautiful. Bridal and groom suites are comfy and well appointed in case you forget the small stuff like hangers and speakers. The coordinators were also communicative and flexible after the wedding when we realized we left/lost some items. Overall, a great experience and lovely location.

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin? Firstly the venue itself is gorgeous. We had a large party and they were very accommodating to a large Nigerian wedding. My husband and I are pretty frugal so we splurged on some things and went cheap for others. We didn’t have the best experience in the beginning with Andrea to be honest. She was pretty hands off. Never scheduled follow up meetings and would take days to respond to my questions. I was regretting my choice until we were switched to a different planner named Sheilah. We didn’t request for a switch so it was even a surprise to us hearing about her promotion in the company. Now Sheilah was AMAZING. She would schedule follow up meetings. She would answer allllll my questions expeditiously. She was kind and warm and friendly. She and her team (Ana and Sydney) saved the venue for us. I can’t even thank her enough. If you are using this venue you really need someone like her to advocate for you. The photographer Kristin was also amazing! My goodness. I had my doubts again but upon meeting her and working with her I would give her a 10/10. Very thorough and organized. She even helped my awkward posing lol. You can’t go wrong with the cake either. My bridesmaids loved the cake so much she packed some in a bag for her to eat late lolll. I’m so grateful to have chosen this venue. I couldn’t be more pleased with super my wedding went this past weekend. Thank you Sheilah, Sydney and Anna for a phenomenal job.

We are very happy with how our wedding went! Chelsea, Alex, Rasheda, and the rest of the Chabot staff were an absolute joy to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and shared our excitement. They guided us on every step of the process from vendor walk throughs of the venue to the lighting and content for the planetarium dome. Their planning packet made helped make the process easy to navigate as well. The venue itself is very beautiful and we would absolutely recommend it for couples who love space or just want a cool location that is different than the norm. Our guests enjoyed mingling in the unique space and interacting with the exabits during cocktail hour. Being in a redwood park, the venue makes a perfect indoor or outdoor wedding location. While we booked an indoor space for our wedding, we absolutely had to use the outdoor spaces at golden hour for a our wedding photos. We can't recommend the Chabot and the wonderfully staff there enough!

La Joya Dulce was an absolute dream. Ranch owners and operators Kathie and Wayne Jacobson were the very best part! Kathie offered to help with vendor recommendations and was true to her word. Her recommendations were excellent and I continued to feel reassured each time I heard a glowing review from these vendors (and others) about Kathie and La Joya Dulce. Every exchange we had was helpful and encouraging. She was always willing to give a practical suggestion or give an honest opinion about what would work best on our big day. As we approached the big day, Kathie recognized that I needed to finalize some plans and ideas, and she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating with my last minute changes and adjustments. On the morning of my wedding, Kathie was the first person I talked to. They had been up for hours already preparing the ranch for my wedding day. The heavy snowfall in the days leading up to my wedding-and anticipated rain on the day of-had me worried about plans (and backup plans), but Kathie reassured me that they had plans A, B, and C already in motion! My experience with Kathie up until this point allowed me to take a deep breath and just trust that she and her wonderful husband Wayne would take care of us, no matter what. Little did I know that while I was getting ready in town, they were busy plowing the very road required for us to travel to La Joya Dulce! When we arrived, we had no idea about the amount of work they had put in to get us there safely, as everything looked more perfect than I could have imagined. Breathtaking views as far as the eye could see. Every single detail (inside and out) perfectly planned for and arranged. Our small ceremony was emotional and included our children. We felt comfortable to be ourselves and truly enjoy the day. My family couldn’t stop commenting on the beauty of the place, and the welcome we Southerners had felt from Kathie and Wayne. Kathie wore many hats that day: cake decorator, impromptu ceremony planner/director, veil adjuster, champagne and hot chocolate pourer-anything in the world that we needed-she anticipated and made it happen seamlessly. I could go on and on in describing the level of guidance and assistance Kathie provided in helping me plan and pull off the wedding of my dreams. Wayne even came through for my husband with a special request after the ceremony that remains a secret between the two of them. This place is magic and Kathie and Wayne went above and beyond to share that magic with us. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day spent anywhere else or with any other people!

If you are reading this review it will be long so hunker down! To say I was happy with this venue does not even come close to how great of a job they did! This venue is amazing and everything about it was perfect! We got married on 4/23/23 here and loved it! We just wished it hadn't gone by so fast! From the staff to the location everything was phenomenal and wish I could give them a higher rating because this was THE BEST place to get married! We had an encounter with everyone in the office from the start and they are all amazing and are so kind and helpful! I would 110% get married here again because it is such a beautiful location. The Creekside ceremony space where we had our ceremony is what sold me on this venue! They provide a binder for planning with the meeting dates as well and help you all along the way with the planning process. They offer several different packages depending on what you're looking for and each one is customizable too which makes life so easy! They offer three different options for the ceremony space and they are all beautiful. They have the indoor spot in the rotunda, the lawn space, and the creekside. The creekside spot was an immediate yes and again is what sold me on having this as our venue. The sounds of the creek and the beautiful trees just make this place stunning to say the least. The photos turn out amazing as well with the beautiful location and foliage! This venue is great as well because they include everything except the clothing and decor. They have options for the food, flowers, cake, place settings, ceremony and reception space, officiant, wedding planner (sort of), DJ, and pretty much anything else you need for the wedding. Every single person that works here is so nice and helpful. We worked with pretty much everyone throughout the planning all the way up to the wedding day. They offer a planning binder that walks you through the beginning all the way until the end and that binder was a saving grace and made the planning process so much easier and smoother. They do several planning meetings to make sure your day goes perfectly and make any changes you may have along the way. Just a great process all along the way! The food they offer is phenomenal as well and the company that they cater through did a phenomenal job and I wish I had access to it outside of the wedding. They offer a separate tasting for the couple as well so you don't miss out on the cocktail hour foods too which was great! If I had to redo everything I would not change a single thing and I have referred several people to this exact venue as well as the company because of how great of an experience we had. Have your wedding here and you will not regret it.

This venue has the best layout to seamlessly transition from ceremony to reception. Nothing seems awkward or choppy. The upper mezzanine area is super unique and a beautiful place for bridal portraits. This venue takes the stress off of thinking about the weather because it’s all indoors, while having an outdoor cocktail area if the guests are up for it. The bridal party and groomsmen getting ready areas are decorated to a tee and fully stocked with coffee, mimosas, and Fall Line Beer to start the day off. The planning staff I worked with answered all my questions and helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process. The day of crew do a fantastic job of directing and getting the vendors everything they need. And Fall Line beer is fantastic so it’s an added benefit that you get to use their beer! We had 200 people and that amount was PERFECT for the tables and chairs Fall Line has on site, and for the reception space available.

I would highly recommend The Graduate Minneapolis to any future brides. The event planning staff was so easy to work with, and their communication was exceptional. They truly take care of almost everything! Which made the whole process stress-free. The food was excellent - we got so many compliments from our guests on this! The location was very convenient for our guests who traveled from out of state. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous and make for amazing photos! We found WW by attending a previous WW wedding at a different venue. We had just the reception there and not the ceremony. We really loved how the night went and how they took care of everything for us. The last thing I wanted was to have friends and family set up/tear down the decor. Such a buzzkill! Having a destination wedding, they made everything really easy for us and made it simple for us to choose what we wanted. Just make sure to start big and then take off things because it’s cheaper that way The food was amazing. They work with great vendors, bakery, florist, DJ. We especially loved the DJ. We also knew we wanted to have beverage burros and they excitedly accommodated. Altogether it was an unbelievable day.

This small, woman owned business is amazing for an elopement or wedding! I DJed there and the owners were so conscious of the vendors, the guests, and making sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. The only minor issues we had with them were around communication. However, we were only the second wedding at their venue, so I think whatever issues we had will be resolved as they become more confident running their venue. Bill worked around the clock to make sure the venue looked as perfect as possible. Linda made herself available to us 24/7 right before the wedding day. My husband and I both felt extremely supported by them and they were both so much fun to have on our day! Also, Bill is the DJ at the venue and he absolutely killed it!!! Linda and Bill work so well together and they made our day so special. Even with the minor issues in the planning process, my husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Our wedding weekend at Villa Festa was everything we could’ve dreamed of and even more! From our first venue tour and everyday after, Beth was a wonderful help with answering questions and preparing for our day. We felt truly cared for and thought about every step of the way! It was important to us to have a space that our out of town loved ones could gather at for the whole weekend. Having access to the venue Friday through Monday was truly incredible and helped alleviate the stress of traveling from one location to the next. All of our guests were extremely complimentary of the venue and thankful for the atmosphere Villa Festa creates to truly soak in this special weekend together! I cannot recommend Villa Festa enough to other couples looking for their dream wedding venue! I know we will cherish our memories made here for a lifetime.

As a full time wedding DJ for a while, I've seen most venues in central Massachusetts. Nothing compares to Harrington Farm. The staff is attentive, detail oriented and is committed to creating the perfect day for couples. The building itself is perfect with a barn feel, cozy in the winter with the fireplace and stunning in the fall, spring and summer - sunsets and golden hour photos are unmatched. The ceremony spaces are just the right size with well thought-out landscaping. Cocktail hour in the Sperry Tent is magical with cool shade in the summer and just the right amount of ambiance. Inside the barn, the post and beam structure is gorgeous and the dance floor size is exactly right for an awesome party. The layout of the room makes it natural for guests to enjoy the music and still be able to talk with each other. As a self-proclaimed expert in wedding food, Harrington Farm is the one everyone else tries to match. If you're looking for a wedding venue that does it all and is the best around, look no further.

The Spot On West Fifth honestly was the absolute perfect venue for us!! From the moment we toured, we knew it had exactly what we wanted and the flexibility! You truly can create any type of vibe you want! They do not lock you into any set food or beverage packages, so you can bring in any vendors you wish, which is a huge bonus since most venues do not allow that. Sam and her staff were wonderful to work with!! They answered any questions or made suggestions to help you feel at ease about pulling off a wedding with so many moving pieces that are always involved. We used their bartenders and so many people commented on how great the drinks were - they really knocked it out of the park!! Their team made it easy for setting up and clean up!! They were awesome with making sure all things were organized for vendor pickups. We cannot thank The Spot On West Fifth enough for helping make our wedding so beautiful!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Our wedding at Balistreri Vineyards was perfect! This venue is so beautiful and super affordable. There are no hidden fees (like many venues) so you know exactly what you're getting from the start. It checked all the boxes we wanted for our wedding. Lauren, Mattie, and the rest of the staff were wonderful throughout the whole process. They are very flexible and answered all of our questions along the way. The food was delicious, we received so many compliments from our guests. We can't recommend this place enough!

We absolutely loved using The Barn at Sunrise Farms for our wedding! The Venue is gorgeous and has everything you need even equipped with a kitchen in the upstairs bridal suite which is nice when you’re spending the majority of the day there. The downstairs area was perfect for our reception and it was absolutely beautiful with their gorgeous farmhouse tables. The outdoor ceremony set up made for a beautiful backdrop as we said our vows. Because of the ease and comfort of working with the owners and the venue itself, everything was perfect and our day was everything we dreamed!

Black Walnut Farm saved our wedding! Our previous venue cancelled on us with very little notice so we took a chance on a new venue and we did NOT regret it. Black Walnut is such a gorgeous and unique space. We used the woods for our ceremony site and got endless complements about the stunning greenery. The barn is such a beautiful and eclectic space which perfectly matched our vibe. The house had lovely and homey accommodations for the wedding party, complete with a hot tub! Many people we spoke to told us that ours was one of the coolest weddings they’ve ever been to, and I believe that to be largely due to Black Walnut. Sarah and Jim were there for us during the whole process and had excellent communication about everything. We never felt like “just another client” to them. This is the perfect venue for people looking for a fun, outdoors, unique and beautiful weekend.

Dover Hall is is such an amazing venue and only made better by the staff and service. My wife and I were married here in March 2023 and could not have asked for a better venue. From the moment we toured Dover Hall back in 2022, we knew this would be the place for us. From the beginning, Rachel was such a pleasure to work with and we can't say enough great things about her. As we approached our date, Silvia came on-board and took the lead without hesitation. She was instrumental in organizing all of our details and worked so well with our Planner and the rest of our vendors. The week of the wedding was made so much easier with the help and guidance of both Silvia and Rachel, along with the rest of the Dover Hall staff. Each and every one of them was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and kept our thoughts and wishes at the top of their priority from Day 1. The wedding itself was truly amazing; everything we had dreamed of and more. From the outdoor ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the ballroom reception, all of the logistics of the day were handled and executed flawlessly. The food was absolutely amazing and I cannot understate how many compliments we received from our guests. It only added to the amazing night they helped us pull off; we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Dover Hall!!!

We cannot recommend Hardings highly enough! Ken & Jill were fantastic - detail oriented, attentive, calm, and flexible. The food/drinks are fantastic, staff is great, and the decor ambience stands all on its own. Also in a great location - close to everything you want, but off the path enough that it’s not overrun with tourists.

My wife and I were married at Walnut Hill in July of last year and we had the best day of our lives there! Mike and Essie were an absolute pleasure to work with - they were so friendly and accommodating throughout the process. The entire property is so beautiful, from the Barn itself (and its attached, charming country house which can sleep up to 12 if memory correctly serves), the newly redone patio beside the barn, the sprawling lawn and last but certainly not least, the ceremony area (the main reason fell in love with this location!). The ceremony area lets the perfect amount of light in, which in our case was especially great since it kept our guests (and ourselves) cooler on what was a 90 degree day! It is also equipped with speakers surrounding it which is really helpful for whatever sort of musical arrangements you have for the most important part of the day. Cocktail hour was out on the patio. The massive tree nearby provided shade to those who needed to step out of the sun for a few. We had our reception in the barn. It is HVAC-equipped which was key on such a hot day. We had a little under 70 guests so we had plenty of room for a full band and dance floor in the middle, but I think you could fit double that size without much trouble at all. The barn also has a bar built in which was such a great touch. I would recommend The Barn On Walnut Hill to anyone looking for an intimate, all-inclusive venue. It really is one of the best spots in the Portland, ME area, if not all of Maine in my book. Thanks again Mike and Essie! -Pat

The Huddled Masses Orchestra played for a folk dance Party at LeMont Hall Feb 25th, 2024. We were met at the door to the elevator by Madison, who was courteous and friendly. He stayed around long enough to set up the sound system ( which we really hardly used) and was available by phone. He gave us a quick tour. The Hall itself was impeccably restored not too long ago. The wooden dance floor is in wonderful shape. The acoustics were quite good - just the right amount of echo but not too much. Just ff the hall is a small food prep area that looked professionally planned out and would be a fine spot for the caterer of an event to use as the command post. The restrooms sparkled and were very nice. My only feedback is that the managers need to display more photos that show the dimensions of the hall and the layout - I think if they did, they would attract more interest in renting the hall.

We got married on thanksgiving 2023. The venue owner/staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and immaculately maintained. They helped up with every step along the way. Every one of our guests was impressed with the property. They also had horses on the property that would walk up the fence and let you pet them. That was a huge hit with the guests. I would definitely use the venue again.

We had the best experience at Rockfield! Steph and Kellee were fabulous! 1000% recommend. Everything turned out beautiful. The cost was lower than many venues we looked at, and fit right in our budget. Having the options between the garden and barn for a ceremony as well as the patio for the reception make it so easy for weather! All of the renovations surely made this place even better!

Andrea and her team have been so caring and wonderful to us throughout the whole wedding process. The CSG was such a unique event space. My family could not stop exclaiming how they had never seen a venue as wonderful. The area was so versatile and adapts to any brides dreams. I could not recommend this venue more.

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year.
