Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city. Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. You might not know this about us, but we are actually an exotic deer farm. There are over 80 Sika and Fallow Deer that roam freely on our property. Our farm is also home to alpacas, donkeys, emus, horses, and a few swans. The animals on our farm are like family to us. They sometimes even join our guests for a photo or two! While we are a farm, our space is everything but your typical barn wedding. We classify ourselves as rustic-elegance.

Our beautiful barn venue is what we refer to as Rustic Elegance. The barn can transform into an elegant space or tone it down for a warm and inviting more rustic vibe. We have a beautiful outdoor area to get married surrounded by trees of all kinds and a large heated and cooled barn (4500 sq ft) for an indoor reception. We can also host the wedding indoors if the couple prefers. Enchanted Acres also has two 600 sq ft cabins to get ready in, one for the bride, and one for the groom. We are located on almost 20 acres of seclusion but yet close to town for guests to stay or a VRBO at the lake.

Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. In 1874, Father Theodore Butler purchased a home and a lot in Augusta, Georgia, for $10,000.00 to construct a building to be used as a church for the Catholic population and a school for children of all denominations. A simple Victorian structure served as a temporary facility for the church until work could begin on a larger, more significant building for the group. The first bricks were laid for Sacred Heart Church in 1897 and the church opened with the first service on December 2, 1900. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building features towering twin spires, graceful arches, fifteen distinctive styles of brickwork, ninety-four stained glass windows, a barreled vaulted ceiling, and intricately carved Italian marble altars. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, the last mass was held in Sacred Heart on July 3, 1971.

We are a new venue in Warm Springs, Georgia. We have two options for weddings- a fully enclosed chapel or outside in front of our beautiful arbor. We also have a covered porch for the reception. We have a separate bridal suite with 5 vanity stations, a groom's room, restrooms, and a kitchen. The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200-square-foot chapel, men's and women's restrooms, a prep kitchen, and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square-foot porch. There is also a separate 800-square-foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

We offer a beautiful rustic chic barn with bridal and grooms suite. We offer indoor or outdoor sites. We have a doctor closet full of simple and elegant decor that you can use free of charge. You get use of the venue all day on Friday from 9am-9pm to set up the space and make it your own. You also get a day of coordinator that is included in the price. She will come on Friday to do a rehearsal for your bridal party. On Saturday you get use of the venue from 9am until midnight. We provide you with staff during your wedding to help with anything that needs to be done. You also get two parking attendants and golf cart service for an hour prior to your wedding.
