We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river. This venue can be your one-stop wedding shop; you bring the groom & dress and we can do the rest. Property includes a wedding chapel, restaurant, multiple reception areas plus a Bed & Breakfast. Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. So as wedding planning began, construction started going up, and PLOT TWIST, the groom and I broke up…..that’s when our family realized God had much bigger plans for the barn. So with a little more time to dream, and much more time for construction, Lone Oak Barn was born. My mom left her teaching job behind, and I joined a few years later, neither of us knowing the community we would gain. Every couple, every family, every vendor, non-profit, and company we’ve hosted has become part of the Lone Oak Family.
