That began the year-long journey to build the venue that they envisioned. Opening in the middle of a pandemic was a setback but Hidden Pines has survived and is ready to host weddings, proms, baby showers, and more! We wanted to have a venue that allowed our clientele to enjoy the hundreds of acreage surrounding the venue. From the moment you turn on the cedar-lined road to the venue you are surrounded by beautiful East Texas panoramic scenery until you arrive at the venue tucked away back in the pines of Mineola, Texas.

The pavilion can be enclosed when the weather gets too cold. Casa Blanca is attached to a remodeled 2 story turn of a century old house. The guesthouse is a great added option to stay overnight, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

We have spaces available at the Headwaters Green, the Meadow, or on our Rooftop overlooking Spring Lake's crystal waters. As a special treat to your guests, you can even reserve our historic Glass Bottom Boats! Spring Lake is an OUTDOOR venue with no cover. Clients are welcome to rent tents to accommodate their guests. There is one small conference room available, but seating and availability is very limited. Please keep this in mind when planning your date and time. Spring Lake can be the perfect site for weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, photo shoots, and more. Moondance Weddings and Events is a relaxed and casual space. We are on a 60 acre ranch that has a house, very spacious garage, and lots of outdoor space. The garage, where most couples book, is fully done with air conditioning for those hot Texas days. It is attached to where most ceremonies are held. The concrete walkway and area overlooks the property to make sure your wedding photos are beautiful, nature-filled shots. We can host up to 200 guests, so we are best for small weddings. We are also a raw venue, meaning we only offer the space and nothing else.
