There is truly not enough words to express how AMAZING Bakers Ranch and their whole staff is. From day one they have helped and guided me in every aspect of wedding planning, and made it such a seamless process, that stressing over your wedding is never even an option! The big day was everything we could of asked for and more! The decor was absolutely beautiful, and the second I walked in and saw it all put together I started tearing up. Throughout the whole day they really take care of you and your bridal party, and make sure everything ruins as smooth as possible! We cannot recommend Deity enough! We had our wedding there in April 2024 and had the most beautiful and perfect day. From our first inquiry to the end of our wedding, we felt taken care of. They are very transparent about their pricing and how the day is planned. Anna, the main coordinator, was incredibly communicative and managed the whole day perfectly. Deity takes care of everything except for photography and flowers and it made everything run smoothly. The service was incredible and you can tell that they work together full time and know how to put on a wonderful event. Each staff member was friendly and helpful and took great care of us and our guests. The space is stunning! We loved that each floor served a different purpose. We also paid extra for the getting ready suite which is gorgeous. There is so much space and we loved the suite and the rooftop. The food was amazing! We are still hearing from guests that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Our DJ, Ben, was awesome! He understood exactly what we wanted music wise and the energy was high until the very last song. We are so happy we had our wedding at Deity! We wish we would do the day all over again. We are so grateful to the entire team at Deity for bringing our dream wedding come to life!

I absolutely loved having our wedding at Venue at the Grove. All of the girls were so helpful and sweet throughout the entire process and they really make the process as easy as possible for you (even for someone with no event planning experience). I had a January wedding so it was pretty chilly but I wish there were more heaters. There was one per table and it was on one end of the table so the other end of the table was pretty cold so having one on each side would have been amazing but we made it work! Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend the venue to anyone considering :)

Madison walked us through every step in the beginning. And Susanna was fantastic and anticipating and meeting our every need throughout our special day. And let us not forget about Delaney who was wonderful closing out the night with us. The whole experience made our special day so memorable, enjoyable, and seamless. Highly recommend! The entire Walters Wedding Team was superb and everything came together beautifully!

Jenna. Was. AMAZING. She went above and beyond as a coordinator. We felt so comfortable working with her. Getting the house for 48 hours is a GAME CHANGER. She set up everything for our big day. Everything was set up PERFECT! Jenna and her staff were all so accepting and open to the LGBTQ community. Being a same sex couple, we were selective on who we choose to be our vendors. We would 10/10 choose this company again, they are a VERY LGBTQ friendly company.

We checked out a few other venues, but nothing compared to the winery. We had the best service before, after and during the wedding! They took care of everything and the food was delicious. My 1yr old nephew was our ring bearer and we bought a bubble lawn mower for him to walk down the aisle with. We forgot it needed batteries, but our wonderful event manager Marissa found a screw driver and batteries and set it up right before we had to walk. Everything went seamlessly and we had a blast! We got to do a lot of enhancements and we got to keep the jamon for later. Absolutely the best experience!

My husband and I were married at the Stroudsmoor (Woodsgate) on 9/15/23. Woodsgate venue is absolutely gorgeous, as is the entire establishment. Our event coordinator, Linda, was incredibly helpful and ensured that everything leading up to and on our wedding day was taken care of. She was so helpful in regards to floral and decor and ensured that everything was exactly in the right place on the day of. The food, cake, and our s'mores station were amazing also. My bridesmaids and I had appointments at their salon for hair & everyone's turned out perfect. The lodging is also beautiful - my husband and I stayed in the Ledgemere Loft and we didn't want to leave! Our lodging coordinator, Colleen, was so helpful when it came to booking rooms for us and our guests. Our couple's coordinator Geri was amazing on the day of as well as our day of coordinator Emma. My husband and I didn't feel stressed at all on our wedding day and were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves due to the staff at Stroudsmoor. They made everything so seamless and truly helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. My husband and I are forever grateful and we recommend Stroudsmoor to anyone getting married.

We booked FruitCraft before even seeing the venue 2 years before our wedding. We live in New York but grew up in San Diego and knew we wanted to celebrate there. We knew we wanted a space that was relaxed for all of our guests. We loved all the greenery and just the overall vibe of the space. Alan was so helpful in answering our questions, which we had ALOT since we were planning from another state. When we finally saw the venue it was even better than the photos! Day of their staff took such great care of us and our guests. We chose the Mediterranean chicken skewers for our dinner and of course had to do the full bar package. The drinks were an experience for our guests and everyone kept telling us how good everything was! We can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. Cant wait to visit in the future 3

There are not enough good things I can say about this venue and the amazing staff who work there! Dawn was incredible from the beginning of our booking until the day of the wedding, which ended up being unexpectedly delayed by 2 years due to covid. Dawn made every step easy, and kept me calm throughout the rocky process of trying to plan an international wedding during a worldwide pandemic. The venue is stunning by itself, and the caring staff put it over the top. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Book them now!

I had my wedding at the Donauschwaben’s center back in June and it was honestly the PERFECT day. I was able to have my ceremony on the outdoor patio and my reception inside. Bluedress was everything we imagined and more. The venue is so beautiful and well kept while maintaining a rustic and off the grid vibe! Something I’ll never forget was the moments leading up the ceremony. Our morning was raining nonstop and we got a little nervous with what was to happen. After feeling like there was no choice but to have our ceremony inside, Amelia was right there to tell me we could still do it outside even though our ceremony was to start in 15 minutes and we already moved everything to inside the barn. Amelia made it happen for us and her sense of care is so pure and authentic. Amelia is one of a kind made us feel comfortable and heard every step of the way during our journey. We have so many good things to say about this venue and our guest still can’t stop raving about the decor, food, music, bar service etc! We are a very happy couple who will always remember and cherish our beautiful wedding at Blue dress Barn!

I cannot speak highly enough about Amy and The Farm at West Prong Acres! The venue made for an absolutely perfect wedding and Amy was more helpful and attentive than I could have imagined! Choosing this venue was the best decision, apart from the choosing of my now husband, that I could have made! The barn made the pictures so beautiful and the grassy area outside was perfect for a tent! I loved everything about The Farm at West Prong Acres!!

We cannot say enough about how great the Boylston Rooms is! Myles, Erin and staff were helpful, accommodating, and were there whenever we needed them. We put everything together in 4 months and the night couldn't have gone smoother. Guests are continuing to compliment the food from Myers Catering, the venue and overall night. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Western Mass!

The Art Factory was the perfect choice for our 2-day Hindu wedding! We had the sangeet on Friday and the wedding on Saturday in different venues on this very large property, with about 250 guests on Friday and 400 on Saturday. Donata and her team created our vision with stages, props, furniture and our vibrant color palette both days. My husband rode into his baraat on a horse early on Saturday followed by our ceremony and brunch and then our guests came back later in the day for our cocktail hour and reception. The fact that we had the entire 24-hours on both days made it all work great for us!

The barn is newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It is the perfect blank canvas for the vision you have! The owners of this venue really work hard to accommodate all the different styles, ideas, and budgets of each bride. They were absolutely lovely. The package we went with provided us with the barn for the wedding venue, as well as the stunning farmhouse and cottage. Both were perfect for my bridal party to stay the night and get ready. The entire place is picture perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this venue! The venue is also perfect for wedding photos. Would highly recommend this venue! We had our wedding here on 9/16. The family and staff were amazing from start to finish. They were truly a pleasure to work with. The communication was great throughout the whole process. Whenever we had a question, they were very responsive and helpful. On the wedding day, they really helped everything go smoothly. We received so many compliments on the venue and food from guests. The way The Gardens transformed at night was just beautiful! You can tell they put a lot of time and love into the venue. We could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else.

My Husband and I were engaged at Churon and decided to have our wedding there as well. We love the beauty of this venue, the setting, as well as the European feel and decor. We wanted a private ceremony (just my Husband and I) and asked Churon to help coordinate our essentials. Churon's event planner arranged a pastor, photographer and florist, all of which could not have been any better. They also referred us to a great hair and makeup artist, AlyRose Beauty who I was also so happy and grateful for. We were also thrilled with our wedding suite which was over the top! Our day was intimate, special and perfect in every way for us. I am so thankful for Churon's understanding of our vision and their efforts and experience in the coordination. I highly recommend this venue for either a large size or private wedding. Thank you Churon!

I cannot recommend the Red Barn enough. Everyone who worked there was AMAZING. Our wedding was everything we could have imagined! The venue is gorgeous, the food is amazing and the coordinators and outstanding. We had our wedding on the coldest day, and it was HOT in there with all the dancing and LOVE!

The team at the Galilee Beach Club did a fantastic job for my daughter’s beach wedding. The planning was handled efficiently, as our first contact with them was early April to plan a mid June wedding! Emily Hodges handled communication and planning from the time of our first visit through the end of the evening of the wedding. She was more than helpful in carrying out my daughter’s wishes. The setting was amazing. The guests enjoyed the fire pits on the beach later in the evening. The food was delicious and the team was most accommodating for our specific requests.

Drumore Estate was the first venue my now husband and I looked at. We fell in love with it immediately but thought it was more so our excitement taking over. After looking at three other potential wedding venues, our decision was easily confirmed- there was no doubt we wanted Drumore. From the start Drumore proved to genuinely care about us as a couple, our wants and needs, and were more than willing to work with us; we never were or felt like “just another couple” coming through Drumore’s doors. It is needless to say how absolutely breathtakingly beautiful Drumore’s property is. Our guests were completely infatuated with its beauty, just as much as we and our family were. Also, my husband and I as well as our guests couldn’t say enough great things about the food. We had the privilege of working with Kevin and Marnie for our wedding. Kevin is an amazing “behind the scenes” magician and Marnie is the ultimate wedding coordinator; I can’t imagine what our day would’ve been like without them and we could not be more grateful for them. Marnie’s has a radiating, positive energy that is especially appreciated on wedding day. Marnie is so organized and on top of EVERYTHING from start to finish and from top to bottom, she does not miss a beat. As someone who is very “type A” with a need to be in control, I did not hesitate to trust Marnie at any point; she 100% had me and made my vision of our wedding day come to life beautifully and perfectly. My new husband and I can’t recommend this amazing venue enough.

The Factory was the first and only wedding venue we viewed when planning our big day, needless to say it was perfect. April was our main point of contact when planning our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. We utilized the bridal suite and the grooms suite the day of the wedding which was perfect and convenient. Gretchen took care of us the day of and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was where the needed to be and had what they needed. Ceremony went flawlessly and had an amazing time with the reception and timeline. The venue is absolutely beautiful if you want the rustic chic look. It was very clean and well put together. Hunter was awesome as well! He made sure keep everything together too! Thank you both!

Our wedding was last week on the 24th, and we absolutely loved the experience this venue provided us. Several guests made comments about how beautiful and well planned the entire event was. The food was amazing as well. Megan, our day-of coordinator made sure every last detail was planned for and the event ran so smoothly, and Jackie filled in the gaps and went above and beyond to see all our needs taken care of throughout the entire night. We were given drinks and food several times throughout the night and had plenty of time to ourselves to enjoy the festivities. Bitterroot Studio provided our floral and did a great job talking to us and putting together so many beautiful arrangements. Alexis from Amazing Colorado Weddings and Ceremonies arranged and performed a beautiful ceremony that had us and several of our guests in tears! One of the highlights of the night for us was the DJ Precious, she kept the mood great throughout the entire night and even went above and beyond when we had some wardrobe malfunctions and even got on the dance floor a few times herself! Overall the night was so much fun and the venue is just so beautiful, we couldn't recommend this place enough!

The Walden staff, specifically Krystle and Alyssa, worked tirelessly to help my husband and I bring our dream wedding to life. Whether it was recommending amazing vendors to work with, answering endless questions we had, or helping us navigate the minute details in the final months, the team was exceptional. I would recommend the Walden to any friend or family member looking for the highest quality venue, staff, food and beverage. We've received countless compliments on the quality of our wedding, from food and cocktails to the venue itself to how smoothly the night went. As a bride, I felt taken care of on the day of (and all throughout planning) and Krystle was constantly checking in to make sure all went according to plan. We had the best night of our lives and none of it would have been possible without the Walden staff. The venue is stunning and in a great location. Cannot recommend the Walden enough. 10/10!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Stoney Ridge Villa. This was hands down the best venue we could have dreamt for us to have our special day at. We did book out over a year in advance for our dates (April wedding) so I highly recommend looking at them ASAP because they are a popular venue as they should be. Missy, the venue owner, was one of selling point reasons for us. Of course the venue itself (it's dreamy, romantic, unique, clean, spacious, incredible views, etc.) was a selling point, but having Missy was just the beautiful cherry on top. She is one of the most kind individuals my husband and I had the pleasure of working with and meeting throughout our wedding process. She cares for all couples that walk through that door, whether you book or not. She is an incredible human, and we are beyond grateful for her. Thank you Missy, we love you to pieces. This venue speaks for itself. It's so gorgeous and if you're thinking about visiting just DO IT. We cannot recommend this venue enough. I will forever be grateful that Zola showed us this venue and once we visited, there was no turning back. We fell in love there and pictured our wedding there so easily. We had our wedding ceremony in 2021 and our wedding reception in 2022 both at Saugerties Steamboat Co. Because of covid we had to change a few of our plans but they were so flexible with the situation and let us have a micro-ceremony on our original wedding date at the venue while following covid restrictions, and postpone our reception to a year later than originally planned. The venue was perfect for us as we wanted to have a more relaxed atmosphere. Since our reception was the first time many of our family members had gotten together since before 2020, some of our guests danced while others sat outside to catch up with each other. The food and drink service was amazing as well and the staff worked with us to create a menu that fit our taste and budget. Brianne and Kelsey were great to work with and I highly recommend Saugerties Steamboat Co. for a wedding, or any other event!

My fiance and I came across The Simon this past Fall through Instagram. Before learning of The Simon, we were hard-pressed to find a venue that could accommodate our specific desires. We were searching for a venue that could comfortably hold our large guest count, flexibility with finding an outside caterer (fiance really wants to have Chipotle cater), give us ample time to get ready beforehand at the venue, have multiple bar packages, location close to Denver, and have a beautiful industrial-chic appeal to it. The Simon was the first *and only* venue we toured, and we fell in love the second we walked in and met Caitlyn, who gave us such a warm welcome and tour of the venue. She has been super in answering all our questions that have followed-up since signing the contract. We are so excited for July 2023!

I has my wedding at this venue in June 2022 and it was absolutely amazing. Getting married in my early 20s, planning a wedding was super intimidating but with the help of my Coordinator, Meaghan, I felt like a burden was taken off my shoulders. I loved the venue and how I could personalize the space to make it how I visioned. The outdoor ceremony area was so beautiful and the landscaping is always stunning. As a 2023 bride, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Carolina Country Weddings. If you are a bride looking to get married in North Carolina, you would be remiss to pass on touring/considering this venue for your special day. My partner and I searched high and low across North Carolina for the right fit, and no venue gave us butterflies like CCW did. First, the property is breathtaking and SO versatile, which we found saves money on decor in the long run but also brought our wedding day vision to life. The venue offers several ceremony sites, all of which are stunning, ensuring no two weddings are the same. CCW offers a convenient mountain feel close to the Charlotte area, allowing our loved ones to utilize the international airport and city. Second, CCW's packages are incredibly generous, offering so many "add-ins" that would undoubtedly cost us thousands more (our experience has been that wedding industry prices are outrageous, but CCW is fair). That feature plus the beauty of the property alone is worth booking a tour. But more than that, Melanie and her team truly CARE about you – never once in this process have our interactions felt transactional. It's worth noting that our close friends got married here, so we already had high hopes...we can confirm that our expectations were greatly exceeded. Instead, Melanie and her team stepped beside us and provided help and guidance where we needed it most. So many venues are wedding mills and care more about their profit than if your wedding day turns out the way you dreamed, but that is simply not the case at CCW. Melanie and her team are experts with a passion for making your dreams come to life and offer resources, guidance, and support to execute your vision. My spouse and I knew very early on that we did not spend a lot of time and effort wedding planning, so our priority was finding a truly all-inclusive venue that was beautiful and within our budget. The Retreat met those requirements, and exceeded expectation. The staff are so kind and professional, and made the planning process so easy. We were also very pleased with all the vendors that were assigned to us. I’ve heard some people say about Wedgewood that the weddings are pretty “cookie-cutter” (i.e., all the same) but I really feel that the Retreat staff and vendors helped fulfill our vision and make our day feel special and unique to us, even if we were mostly following a pretty traditional framework. We felt well taken care of throughout the process and on our special day. Would highly recommend to others.

When my partner and I were looking for the perfect venue for our wedding we looked no further than the Chabot Space and Science Center (CSSC). The team at the CSSC were amazing! They worked closely with us helping to plan the wedding ceremony and reception of our dreams. They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We looked at a lot of venues in our search for the "right" place that was not only beautiful but also affordable. CSSC is affordable compared to many in the Bay Area offering indoor and outdoor event spaces and really cool package options that fit nicely within our budget. We I can't say enough good things about them. We had a small wedding group or 35 guests and I was worried that we would get lost in the museum. The team understood my desire to have an intimate ceremony and reception and they made it happen. They understand the space and how to make the most of it. Although we had planned well in advance, we had to make last minute changes and the team made the changes without drama and upset! I was so calm and happy on my big day thanks to the team making everything work smoothly. Every couple wants their special day to be amazing for family and friends. We all want our guests to have a wonderful time at our wedding. My partner and I had the wedding of our dreams at Chabot Space and Science Center and our guests are still talking about the unique, fun and educational experience they enjoyed!

The Riverview was amazing! My husband and I had our wedding there on 10/21/23 and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Our coordinator Kayla was super helpful with answering any questions that we had and always got back to us in a timely manner. The day of our wedding, Kayla and our assistant coordinator Meghan ensured everything went smoothly. Our two bridal attendants, Stephon and Mackenzie, were wonderful!!! They were both so kind and always made sure my husband and I had something to drink or to eat. Special shoutout to Mackenzie for carrying the train of my dress in the pouring rain and for making it look easy to bustle my dress! All of the Riverview staff did a fantastic job with setting up our decorations for all of the dining tables, the memory table, guest book table, and place card table. Everything was packed up for us at the end of the night and it was really nice to be able to just put everything in our car afterwards. The food at the Riverview was absolutely delicious!!! From the hors d'oeuvres to the 3 course lunch to the dessert, everything tasted so good! We also got the add-on Viennese table for dessert, which all of our guests loved. The Riverview was incredibly accommodating towards food allergies that our guests had and put out labels at the Viennese table of any potential allergens in the desserts. It was a perfect day and we cannot thank the Riverview enough for making it possible!

The biggest help was being so far away (out of state) and still being in constant communication with them on how and when to do things or plan things. The day of was honestly a fairytale! They exceeded my expectations by a landslide. We got so many compliments on the beautiful venue itself, the amazing food, and all the gorgeous views! I wanted a winter wedding and everything worked out so perfectly to get my snow capped wedding. All the day or coordinators and planners were so amazingly helpful! Fall Line Station was the perfect venue for our reception! The staff was incredibly helpful in the planning process. The venue is beautiful and has everything you need. I love Fall Line beer and wanted to have it at our wedding no matter what, so it was perfect to have our reception there. They offer great alcohol packages and have a fantastic list of approved caterers. We loved everything about our reception at Fall Line!

This venue turned out to be everything we ever wanted. Though we faced some struggles about a winter wedding, Warehouse 109 pulled it off beautifully! My cousin got married here in July and it was amazing! My favorite weddings I've been to in my family! The ceremony started on time and was so perfect, we were well fed, and then were on the dance floor for hours! The bartenders were so nice, and Mike already knew the mother of the groom which was fun. Lindsey connected with them and made them feel so comfortable (they were nervous leading up to the event) and Rebecca made sure the event went smoothly (she cut the cake so fast!!). We actually went with another one of BK venues the 26 Bridge St location. Everything is A la carte but that was great so I got to use all the vendors we wanted without stress. Gabe & Lindsey were amazing to work with. My husband and I stopped by in August and sealed the deal a few weeks later with an easy electronic deposit. Our wedding was held on a Sunday, March 24th. We opted for the cheaper beer & wine package, and Gabe was flexible with our budget offering two additional specialty cocktails (tequila, soda water & pineapple juice a whiskey old fashioned) We did not opt for the coffee station, thus Espresso Martinis are not an option in the budget package. A month into planning our wedding planner bailed on us, but as a former event planner, and with Lindsey's amazing response time, we were able to pull this off DIY. When I say DIY, the venue allowed our guests to help as vendors from florist, to DJs, sound and dessert. We only were required the event insurance and I was able to provide my personal DJ policy (as I spin myself). A friend made the cupcakes and the staff saved room in the fridge to store them. We brought in our own sound, however the indoor area has a quality sound system to play among the rooms and indoor bar and lounge during cocktail hour and getting ready time, which you can bring your own laptop, ipad etc. they even had adapters if you brought your phone to be the inside playlist DJ. We were granted access to the venue for 11 hours with no additional charge in our initial quote. No hidden fees incurred and the bar was open for 5 hours of that time. Right during photos before the ceremony, Lindsey kept watch of the weather and informed us, "I's a 100% change of rain in 10 minutes!" However, this turned into a beautiful moment as all guests stepped up to move the décor indoors, and we decided to hold the ceremony with 80 guests inside. Once it was over, the rain stopped and my husband and I, whom wrote an album based on our vows were able to perform outside right after. Staff had provided us with trash bags to cover our gear in the rain in the meantime. We did not use a preferred caterer, but they were still able to provide linens, napkins, flatware and glasses, with many colors to choose from. We booked Border Grill who had worked at the venue before and were a great help! Gabe even allowed us to order pizza for delivery for the kids (picky eaters). The day went by so fast, I loved the bridal suite, hair and makeup found it easy to set up and Lindsey assisted with power cords to run as outlets are sparse, but the building is so classically beautiful and pristine vintage it was absolutely worth it! Pricing was so affordable and I would do it at the Oviatt all over again!

Balistreri is an awesome family-run business that hosts private events outside of their winery/restaurant hours. We originally fell in love with the gorgeous ballroom, outdoor space, and super tasty chef-created bistro style food. They’re very flexible with outside vendors (though you should definitely cater through them because it’s worth it), upfront with pricing, and you have the whole space to yourself. When covid hit, our wedding plans changed dramatically but Balistreri was communicative, understanding, and compassionate with the logistical and financial uncertainties of 2020. We ended up moving our June wedding to September and were able to host our wedding within the current local covid guidelines (outdoors, less than 30, masks). It was completely gorgeous and our guests had a great time. Plus we finally got married! We’re very grateful to have worked with Lauren, Mattie, and Julie and wish them all the best.

The staff have really outdone themselves with improvements and are incredibly helpful and caring. The views, newly rebuilt barn (beams shipped from Canada), on-site lodging and close proximity to Charlottesville make this one spectacularly unique venue . I’ve been fortunate to be able to DJ many weddings at Harding’s over the past few years and it’s truly one of my favorite places to work at. The owners Ken and Jill are terrific to work with and really are open to customizing every wedding for each couple. The venue itself is an intimate and unique space. If someone is looking for something different than a traditional ballroom wedding, this really might be the right fit for them. The food and drinks are great, they are able to do buffet or sit down dinner service and as a vendor, they treat us like part of the team and just not some random person coming into their space. My husband and I had such an amazing experience getting married at the Barn on Walnut Hill in August 2022. Everything about the venue was absolutely perfect, from the farmhouse to the barn and ceremony grove and everything else about this beautiful property. My bridesmaids and I stayed at the farmhouse the night before the wedding and my husband and I stayed there the night of the wedding. The house is beautifully decorated and a lovely setting for photos but also comfortable and functional. The ceremony grove was a stunning setting for our ceremony and we loved having dinner outside under a tent and dancing in the barn. Essie and Mike were fantastic to work with and so helpful. Mill 1 felt like the right place from the moment we walked in for a tour. It is such a unique, industrial but romantic space. It has flexibility for style and layout, it was a no brainer for us. The management that existed when we first booked with them was pretty horrible to be honest, but I only mention that fact at all because the crew that took over a few months ago has been so incredible they turned that experience around drastically. Adrianna was a God send, an absolute angel and made our wedding a million times better than it would have been if it weren't for her. She supported me through our rehearsal and decoration setup, she was always very responsive to emails and calls, and then on wedding day she helped make everything seamless! On our wedding night my husband and I looked around and just felt so grateful at how beautiful everything came out, it was all better than we imagined. I can't forget to mention the bar staff! How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space.
