Hello! My name is Porsha and I’m the owner of Cake Me Away. I’m a self-taught baker and have been baking since I was in high school. I officially transitioned from a hobby baker to an official business in 2019. Since then I’ve gained many repeat clients through word of mouth about my moist and delicious made from scratch cakes. I’ve created delicious cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other special events.

Shannon has over two decades of baking and cake design experience, and has received training from some of the best cake designers in the world. I'm an experienced baker with over 10 years of experience. All of my cakes are 100% scratch, moist and delicious! I want my cakes to look good and taste even better. I love to make a clients vision come to life. No project is too little or too small for me. I also specialize in custom treats and mini desserts as well! I am somewhat new to the wedding cake world, so as I build my portfolio I will be offering many discounts. I look forward to working with you!

That’s right, you can now enjoy delicious cookie dough by the scoop and no longer worry about the possibility of getting sick. All of the ingredients are of the highest quality and 100% safe to eat raw. However, if you are somehow not able to finish your serving of cookie dough, you can take it home and bake cookies! I mean, how perfect can this possibly get?
