The solid oak doorway reported to be between 400 and 500 years old is studded with iron details and unusual hardware made by Samuel Yellin.

The historic building, dating back to the 1920's, was originally used as boat storage. Today, it debuts a new look with versatility for any stylish event. Grammy award winning musician and East End resident Billy Joel recorded his album, River of Dreams, at The Boathouse in 1993.
